This location must have changed staff, I have visited twice in the past week and they had the drinks the other Starbucks are out of and they were fixed to perfection. I hope this continues. The old post is below.
I will start by saying Starbucks is in my top two coffee shops but this one is a joke I only stopped here because the stand alone Starbucks down the street was closed. I can say this is my first and last visit here. The service was extremely slow they did not write your name on the cups, this would not be an issue but there was around 10 waiting on their drinks and about the same in line and when the drink was ready they would not speak loud enough for anyone to hear what the drink was I was standing about 4 feet from where the drinks were set and I could not make out what she said. Not counting the time I stood in-line it took 20 from when I ordered the drink to when I got it. I know this because I looked at the time on my receipt it was not a guess also, one of the drinks was no good and it took so long by the time I got back to the car with the drinks the hot drink was only warm. I went back to the counter everyone choose to ignore me so I asked a lady doing drinks for the cashier to come back over so I could ask her what's the issue. She ignored me. So I then ask for the cashier loud enough everyone could hear. Karen, the manager, was the cashier. I asked her why was she waiting to pour coffee in a cup when it's not a handcrafted drink since the process is to ring someone up and if they have a regular coffee to pour it into a cup. She got defensive and rude saying theyre busy and she's doing more than one job. Well as a manager every job is your job. Help your team, when your busy thays an exciting time because you're making money, the point of you having your job. I asked for her bosses number since me being a customer was so inconvenient she said call the 1800 number. Waiting for Nicole to return my call the district manager. This location is always put of product, behind. They have staff so that's not the issue. It's a management issue. The issues are leader lead. Read moreI went in today to get my usual drink. The woman who took my drink had a very sour attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her for a dragon fruit drink and she rang me up. She told the barista I ordered the pink drink and after I mentioned that’s not the drink I wanted due to me wanting the dragon fruit with coconut and they handed me a strawberry instead. She said I could buy another drink instead. Very unsatisfied. After mentioning that it wasn’t my drink and not what I ordered they said sorry but didn’t offer to make me the proper drink and just started making others instead. Very rude.
