We finally had the opportunity to visit the other night, and overall it was a good experience. I was a bit apprehensive since I was told LBC would have "the same beers" as Hartland (I'm not really a fan of theirs), but I was surprisingly pleased. I'd definitely return for my two favorites, the Sunset Coral Wheat and Pink Guava Sour. Some of their other beers, like the Union Block IPA, Linden Bridge ESB, and Bridge Street Porter were true to their respective styles and as expected, so I'm looking forward to the flavored variations of the Porter. The non-beer drinker in our group was happy to find a cider on tap, as well as a few wine selections. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and Caitlyn did a remarkable job! We visited both floors while there, and were treated well by everyone we encountered. For the negatives, I have to call out some of the food we had. The sweet chili cauliflower we had was simply not worth the money. For $10 I expected a bit more than a few chunks of cauliflower, along with a lot of "cauliflower crumbs" that we had to scoop up with a fork, and a sparse drizzle of sauce. However, serving it flash fried instead of breaded was a great choice. We also tried the caramelized onion dip, and while the dip and flatbread were unique and delicious, the portion size of the dip left a bit to be desired. In my opinion these were two great concepts with less than par execution. The other ding is for the sterile décor. There was nothing on the cold gray walls, the bar and tap setup was awkward, and overall lacked that comfortable vibe you get when visiting a lot of breweries. Their high ceilings provide the perfect canvas to showcase large black and white photos of various Linden events and landmarks like the dam and water wheel, historic buildings (some that no longer exist), Memorial Day parade, and Back to the Bricks car shows, or even vintage lake photos from Argentine down the road. I feel they missed the mark there, so hopefully some interior character will be coming soon that compliments the historic charm of the...
Read moreAbsolutely stellar experience Linden Brewing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric—warm, inviting, and bursting with character. The waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, guiding us through an impressive selection of beers with great enthusiasm.
Each brew was a masterpiece, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and unique twists that delighted the palate. The IPAs were hoppy and vibrant, the porter ('goin Bananas') was rich and velvety, and the sours—oh, the sours—were refreshingly tangy with just the right amount of complexity.
The brewery's commitment to quality and creativity is evident in every sip, and the ambiance, complete with cozy seating and a lively crowd, made it the ideal place to unwind. The attention to detail in both the brews and the service was top-notch.
If you're a beer enthusiast or just someone looking for a great place to enjoy a fantastic drink, Linden Brewing is an absolute must-visit. Cheers to a remarkable experience—I can't wait to come back and try more of their...

Walked in was sat right away, had a personable, excellent and attentive waitress (CMU - Go Chips!). Tried the pretzel … 🥨 with cheese and mustard and holy hot coals ! It was super hot and delivered right away! Really good!!! Ordered a Ball Park Brown - good good !!!! Like a Newcastle with notes of Guinness … absolutely love 💕 so good!!! Tried a few others - the IPAs were great too!!! So decided we had 3 excellent drink/food delivery combinations so let’s “try” what the have for dinner.
