I hate leaving bad reviews for a place but I’ve never in my life felt more disrespected at an establishment. I made an appointment online with Jodi yesterday to get my girls hair done. I arrived on time and the doors were locked. I called and someone answered and was very apologetic said she didn’t realize anyone else was on the schedule. She said she would call Jodi and then call me back. Mind you I have my three daughters with me. I waited 10 minutes and heard nothing back. I called again and she said she couldn’t get ahold of her and again was super apologetic. I even received a phone call from Jodi that later on that evening apologizing and said she would give me a discount the next time I came in. All was forgiven. I made an appointment today with Jodi for two of my three girls. I arrived again on time and we were directed to someone else. Which is fine because she was absolutely wonderful. My kids left with nothing but smiles. However, I would have liked the discount I was assured I would get with Jodi. Also, and the reason why I’m writing this review is because at the end of my visit while my daughter was still getting her haircut. The owner turned around in her chair while doing someone’s nails and said “you just have all the kids today!”. Talking to the woman doing my daughters hair. I understand she was probably just joking, but when I’m trying to finagle three children and already stressed as it is.. I just don’t understand why she thought that would be acceptable to say.. honestly. Don’t even bother coming here if you have multiple children getting haircuts. It’s too much and there’s zero sitting space unless you want to sit in a very uncomfortable chair to wash hair or the barbers chair...

I found nothing but bulletproof reviews for this business everywhere I searched and had such high hopes as I just moved downtown and was looking for a regular nail spot. I booked a large wedding party for acyrilcs and pedis. As well as an appointment the day before for my mom and I to go for my birthday. I called to book the appointment 2-3 months in advance, then called again to double confirm on what each person would be getting a week or two in advance, as well as time frames and my separate appointment for the day before the wedding party for myself and mother. Everything was good to go! Well thank god I went in for my appointment with my mom the day before because I found out they had the bride scheduled for acrylics when I had MY appointment, and had no intentions of honoring the appointment she made with myself as I received numerous "No"s to my requests I made MONTHS prior. Was informed she had the entire wedding party down for shellac instead of acrylic as only one person knows how to do them, and did not plan on assisting my mom and I whatsoever after mistaking all these assumptions with our appointments. Had to yell over the customers in the salon as she would not come and speak with us personally to resolve the issues or anything. Very odd place, very odd they don't have proper training to do acrylics, and very odd way to handle a mistake on their end one day before an 11 person wedding party. Thank god for another salon getting us in ASAP for everything we needed. They definently missed out on a large business...

Honestly giving this a review isn’t going to get my hair back. I came in to get my hair brighter for the summer. I will say the lady was nice however when we were discussing how short my hair should be I said nowhere near my shoulders, and to take off little and go from there. She showed me how short she was going to do it before starting and I said yes. I’m just in shock with how short she cut it. It was nowhere near what we agreed on and it’s to my shoulders. That wasn’t an “inch” that was about 4. So now my hair is short. Uneven as well and I feel absolutely ugly. I’m going to have to keep my hair up until further notice. I called my husband balling my eyes out devastated with how bad it was. And as well with no deep conditioning after bleaching and I had to ask for oil and it was so dry with no moister I couldn’t even take a picture. She didn’t even take an “After” photo probably because she even knew how bad it was. Besides how sweet she is. I’m very upset with how...
