The worker was not nice at all even though I was nothing but polite. I made my order, one of the drinks was not made correctly so I went back to get it fixed. I asked for a chia latte, instead I got some sort of coffee mixed with chai latte flavors. I went back and talked to a girl with curly hair, mixed skin color with a septum and a nose piercing. The moment I drove up to the window and said my drink was made wrong she gave me nothing but attitude, saying that I ordered the drink wrong when I've ordered it the same way at every aroma in Maine, after I asked for a refund she directed me to the second window and closed the window before I could speak, they made my drink and then she came out the second window gave me my drink and handed me cash and said " you asked for a refund but we don't do those here so here 5 dollars out of my wallet" gave me the money and closed the window. I dont know if she was having a bad day or just wanted to be rude about the situation, even though she was the one that made the mistake. Regardless that was an awful experience. I don't want her to get fired or anything but it was just not nice thing to do to someone especially when I was calm, nice and collected, even after she was rude to me and my husband about this stupid drink. I just wanted my drink remade without attitude. it sucks because aroma is my favorite drink place and now that I am going to live right next to one I don't want to go to it because I don't want to see this person again.
