Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lisbon

To start. I hope this is the right one I'm reviewing its the one connected to the Henny Penny but there were no indicators as to which one it was. I normally have a pleasant experience at this place however this time the worker Vanessa m was very unprofessional. When I was taking my order she was having a side conversation and she made me repeat the order multiple times. Then I ordered pretzel bites (two orders) and they only had one. That was completely fine, however the pretzel bites were DISGUSTINGLY made. They were burned and hard as a rock. She also forgot multiple things at the window and couldn't even remember what had been ordered after we repeated it...

I was in a small group heading out for a little adventure. We decided to stop at this dunkin for a quick breakfast. Our order consisted of 3 drinks a donut and two breakfast sandwitches. They completely forgot one donut and handed us a wrong drink. I was hungry. Easy on easy off. Was traveling north bound couldn’t have been a more convenient stop. Wish my driver would have gotten out to pump the gas after I paid and waited for our food but how many times should you hint to the gas station attendant to go and say something.
