Noah waited on me, I was there to get a Java chip frapp and chocolate croissant for my daughter who was home sick and didnât want to eat much but wanted that. I said I was going to use stars so he asked if I wanted a larger size since the stars would cover that. I said no, since it was for a 10 yr old who was sick and just didnât need that much sugar. He then explained he would make it without the caffeine as well, which I didnât even know was a thing. I then ordered the pastry she asked for. When he scanned what was left on my Starbucks card after the stars , I still had a balance, no problem, I reached for my debit card he said hold on we have change here people leave and we canât take tips. He then applied 1.20 to my balance. It may seem small to someone else, but it was huge to me after the week we had. We lost my grandmother on Tuesday, and my daughter is sick right now. Small acts of kindness really can mean the world, you never know what someone is going through. So thank you so much Noah,...
Read moreThis review is not for the location itself. Shame on them for leaving one employee alone on a Saturday. Halee had a line wrapping around to the front end, causing a 20 minute wait. A manager did finally jump in to let her know someone else would be in shortly. I don't know the back story, whether someone called out or no one else was scheduled, but to watch your employee take drink orders, manage the register, and then prepare orders for a line of ten people at a time is a shame. Anyone who has worked in retail knows you should be more prepared for the weekend rush - especially on a Saturday morning, when you have an on site Starbucks at the front of your store. With the front end not all too busy, someone could have at least jumped on the register to help clear the line. Halee handled the situation so profesionally and seemed hardly flustered. Lots of respect to...
Read moreEven though I'm pretty sure the employees work directly for Target, I usually end up with the same employees every time, which is a good thing. They are all friendly and chat if the customer is interested in chatting. They are professional and they work well with each other. A lot of their customers are fellow Target associates, and you can tell they are a close knit team. My only regret is that as Target employees, they can't be tipped. I would tip them if I could. Occasionally they run out of a key ingredient to make a drink, but are willing to work with you to make something similar if they are able. Overall, they provide a positive...
