Jimmy's Pizza — Restaurant in Litchfield

This was our first trip to Jimmy's for pizza. We recently went keto, we were a bit pressed for time, and they have a cauliflower crust we wanted to try. The service was great and the pizza was delicious. The crust was much better than expected. That said, this is probably not the most keto friendly pizza, as the red sauce has sugar in it and I suspect the crust is not especially low carb, though I didn't demand an ingredient list or anything. Pizza was good. I had a double pepparoni w extra cheese and green olives.. I also had an order of wings. I thought it odd that thr sauce is on side and not sauteed in with the wings. One thing I was put off by, was when I walked in to pick up my order, I could see the endless gallon jugs of premade everything. What really makes a stand alone pizza place special is when they create their own sauces. So, I think Jimmy's can slowly move up the mark of quality and flavor as long as time is taken to try to invent something, like a sauce, they can really put thier stamp on thier pizza or wing sauces and that could certainly set them apart. Slice app is an issue. 2nd time it's messed up stuffed crust on my order. If you use a coupon and add on it deletes the upgrade like stuffed crust and you don't see it till delivered. Won't order again until they change apps. Tried Slice customer service they don't listen and don't care. Food was good but not crust we wanted.
