I had one of the worst experiences ever with this Domino’s location, and I feel compelled to warn others. While I’ve had a few decent experiences in the past, today’s fiasco was unacceptable. I placed an order for the $19.99 deal, which includes cinnamon twists, garlic knots, and two medium pizzas. I’ve ordered from my current address before without any issues, but today was a disaster from start to finish.
The delivery driver claimed to have delivered my food—but not to me. He somehow ended up in a completely different city and falsely reported that the order was delivered. Meanwhile, I was standing outside my home waiting. To make matters worse, the driver then retrieved the food from wherever he had dropped it off and tried to give it to me, but one of the pizzas was missing! I refused to accept the order at that point, as it was completely unsanitary and untrustworthy.
I called the store to resolve the issue, but the manager gave me nothing but excuses, put me on hold multiple times, and ultimately offered no real solution. He promised to call me back but never did. Instead, he kept insisting on sending the same driver back to deliver food I no longer wanted. Why should I accept cold, mishandled food after such terrible service? It’s disgusting and unsafe.
On top of everything, the employee who answered the phone had an unprofessional attitude, which only added to the frustration. It’s clear why this location has the poor ratings it does.

We have been fairly loyal customers for the past few years, largely due to the fact that we lived in a delivery desert and Dominoes was the only place that delivered late. That was when we lived in Lancaster. Sometimes there were problems, but whatever, the manager of the Lancaster store always fixed them nicely, with a smile, because we were such regular customers and always tipped well, like you should if you are a decent human being. Then we moved to Lititz. The first order was wrong, so wrong, and I was also charged for items I didn't get (extra cheese, extra sauces). When I called to let the manager, Yosef, know, he ARGUED WITH ME. In addition to not having extra cheese, the crust had no seasoning on it, which made it taste like cardboard. He also would not refund my money for the terrible pizza, instead, he gave me a $10 credit towards my next order (fair, I thought). He said it would be added to my phone number, which is attached to my online pizza profile. We order online so that we rack up points for Pizza, cause who doesn't love free pizza? So when I tried to redeem our free pizza and there was no $10 credit I called in. They would not honor both redemptions, but were happy to take our money when they screwed up. Furthermore they were really rude both times I called in to straighten their messes out. Great food got here in a timely manner, get my food and it’s the wrong order. Call the store speak with whoever just answers the phone “uh hello” explain to them what happened, he then not knowing what to do. Awkward silence on the phone for 15 seconds tells me they’ll make a new one and have it brought right over. one hour later still nothing so I call back. I’m nice at first because I get it! It’s Friday night it could be really busy. Same guy who “uh hello” answers the store phone, tell him who I am and why I’m calling...”so they never brought it to you” obviously why I’m calling. He then starts rambling I stop him. I told him I don’t order from here very often (MAYBE once every 6 months) and this is exactly why; the food sucks, and the customer service is horrendous. How is it they messed up my order and I’m still waiting an hour later for the mistake they made?! He then for the first time apologizes.
