Updated Review (Dec '22): This location has improved greatly over the past year. Food has been prepared well, and has not disappointed us. The employees are friendly & helpful. They get things done for customers, and with a smile & friendly greeting. New manager Toni (Antoinette) has a wonderful way about her (very customer focused), and the employees all seem to understand the importance of customers. Very happy to have lunch here at least 1-2 times/week.
Original Review (Nov 2021): New location. Been here probably 20+ times for lunch since they opened (I crave the bell). The food has been okay (Been disappointed with the crunchwrap supreme that I ordered once, and the Employees do not know what the "Make it Fresco" option means - they hold the cheese, but never add the tomatoes ). Been sticking with tacos, burritos, and basic combos, etc... and the food has been fine. Biggest complaint is that they built this location so that employees do not have to interact with customers. There are 4 order kiosks when you come in, and you place your order yourself. Ideally, you pay by credit or debit card (not cash), and your order gets submitted. After 15-20 minutes, an employee comes out with your order. If you have to pay cash - good luck. The employees are way to engrossed in their own inane conversations to notice a customer who needs to pay with cash. It's really quite sad. Also, for awhile, they had to close their dining room (not sure why), but the dining area has re-opened now (November 2021). This location needs to train employees on better food prep, and better customer service if they want to be as successful as...
Read moreI am a Dasher. I received an offer for an order at this Taco Bell. When I arrived… an older lady asked if I was there to pick up. I proceeded to tell her the name and she went to get the order ready. As I was waiting, I had the opportunity to take a picture of the menu, but I did not have service (just inside the building). So, the picture wasn’t going through. She came back and started to hand me the order and said can you confirm the order. I proceeded to say that I had no service and was trying to take a picture of the menu. Instead of trying to let me get the picture she proceeded to get snotty and rude and said that she was trying to do her job like I am trying to do mine. I proceeded again to tell her that I didn’t have service so it wouldn’t go through. She said I don’t care. I am trying to do my job and I don’t want to go to Taco Bell prison. After which she proceeded to force me to close out of the spot where I was trying to take the picture and hit confirm. In doing that, I completely lost the opportunity to get the picture. As I started walking towards the door she proceeded to say don’t run out to fast or you’ll slip and fall. Everything that she said in the whole encounter was with attitude, snotty, and rude. I am very frustrated with how I was treated and I understand that she was trying to do her job right (for the most part), however, I am frustrated because she didn’t even try to work with me and work together to...
Read moreToday was our second trip to this Taco Bell. The first time there we received someone else's order. Ok, so let's see how this trip went. My one friend in the car had the chicken nuggets at another location and told me how good they were. I tried to order them but they are not offered at this location. The kind, helpful "Voice" at the drive- thru said they have strips that are just like the nuggets but large. Ok, strips it is! I asked for the jalapeno sauce, shown on the online menu, but it also was not offered there. Ok. The "Voice" suggested the spicy ranch. Ok. My friends in the car ordered some soft tacos, some supreme, some not. I have never had an experience that was positive when the order is already at the window as you are paying for the order, and there wasn't a car preceeding yours to allow for a wait time. There's no way the order could be freshly prepared, and this was absolutely the case during this trip. My strips were TINY, the size of my thumb, shriveled, and hard as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. They were also only warm, not hot. What a disappointment!!! The ranch dipping sauce was delicious, and much needed to choke down the strips. The tacos were just tossed into the bag, not indicating which were supreme and which were not. We did our best to figure it out by weight. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, the lot was clean and there was...
