Absolutely DO NOT ever go to this location. Jet was the employee working with me during my visit. During my (unnecessary) 4 hour long visit to this store, I was scammed and lied to multiple times. We went in to switch from our previous provider to T Mobile. We wanted a personal account, and Jet ended up putting us on a business account without informing us in order for him to receive commission. This account is very inconvenient for us for many reasons. Secondly, we received a $1000 prepaid master gift card, $200 per line. Jet told us that this gift card could only be used to purchase small items from the store. Turns out, we could have put the gift card towards our bills or other purchases. This lie was to up his commission. Then, Jet told us that we would receive some trackers as apart of a promo. We were told that after 4 months, we could cancel the trackers and get refunded the cost of them. We told him that we did not want the trackers. Jet ended up asking to run my card again for the autopay, however, he really ended up charging my card for the tax on the trackers. This was an unauthorized charge and is fraud. After doing research on my own, I found out that if you cancel the trackers any time before 2 years, you get charged a $40 cancelation fee. After finding this out, I went back into the store and confronted them about lying. The employees were absolutely speechless, obviously shocked that they were caught lying and scamming. They told me they would cancel the trackers immediately. 4 months later, I see that I am still getting charged monthly for the trackers that were supposedly canceled. After a long phone call with T Mobile, I successfully got the trackers canceled. After speaking to another T Mobile location, I was informed that this location is a third party franchise, rather than a first party store. This location needs to be shut down...
Read moreOver a month ago we were thinking of switching from or current cell provider to T-Mobile and I looked up the reviews and since this one had many good things to say about it we ended up here. Darren (who no longer works there) what a great help and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision to switch. After about an hour of getting all 4 of our lines switched and buying 2 iWatches we were set an happy. Darren had told us that there was a promotion that we would get $120 credit for making the switch but he needed a store manager to sign off on it and that he would call us in a couple of weeks to see how things were going and to up date us on the promotion. We heard nothing. I called left numerous messages and no return phone call from the store. I tried to stop into the store during their posted open time, and does were locked. Even sent an email to a Paul Snader who posted his email on here when someone gave a bad review and got no reply. I called last week and finally got a person on the phone and I asked for to speak to the manager and they said he was not in for another hour. I asked for the manager to call me....no call. I called back and nobody answered and I left yet another message and no call back. I finally called T-Mobile and expressed my displeasure with this particular store and the lack of service after getting signed up. They knew nothing about the $120 promotion I was promised but was very helpful with my other needs. Needless to say I will be trying another store in the area if a need arises.

Read moreDo NOT go to this location. The manager, Jett, sold us free phone upgrades, free AirPods, a free Apple Watch ($15 a month on the bill fee), and 1 backpack tracker (free). I was told I got a free phone case and cover with it. I only had to pay taxes. I get home and see he put my whole family on their own individual phone plan (bill increase of $400 a month). A few days later THREE backpack trackers, the Apple Watch, and phone arrived in a box. The phone case and protector missing. I was told i had to return the new phone to fix our old phone plan. suddenly extra fees show up on our account. $6 a month for the AirPods, and $2 extra a month for each backpack tracker when I was told I was only getting 1. I was not disclosed any extra monthly fees for the AirPods or the backpack chargers - only the watch. 4 weeks later I am still dealing with the aftermath of fraud from this team member, Jett. I have tried to return everything but told since Jett never gave me a receipt, I am unable to return it. The store employee contacted a manger and they stated since I was never given a receipt they can’t take it back. An hour later I’m asking to speak to the manager myself to explain the situation when I find out the manager being contacted is Jett. He knew very well what he was doing. I was told by T-Mobile customer service the lititz T-Mobile is not even a legitimate T-Mobile just a branch that sells T-Mobile products. Avoid this location and this team member at all costs.
