Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Little Canada

My friend and I stopped by Caribou and ordered some drinks, she ordered a medium raspberry green tea with bubbles with no ice. When the lady handed her the drink, it had ice in it so she asked for one with no ice. The lady apologized, took the drink back, and made a new one. This one had no ice, but it was a size small, so my friend asked for the correct size. The lady at the drive through made it very clear that she was upset about this when she snatched the drink back and made another one. This order was correct, but when the lady handed my friend her drink, she said nothing and instantly slammed the window shut and proceeded to walk away while my friend was trying to ask for a straw to go with her drink. The staff from inside saw us at the window waiting to ask for a straw and did nothing but stand there and give us dirty looks until they got tired of us backing up the drive thru. One of them finally came back over and gave us our straw. We drove off, but my friend bought a drink that I don't think was even made correctly. I've never seen green tea that looks like this and tastes like coffee, but that's just me I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️ We spent money and didn't get what we paid for, we...

Caribou has always had terrible bakery options, Apparently they don't realize how important bakery is to coffee, out of all of the bland and bad quality ones 1 or 2 are rescuable, always out , got rid of the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, got rid of the Chocolate chip coffee cake and also got rid of the only sandwiches that had any quality... it seems like they've started to go cheap about their products and They weren't all that great to begin with, so now the coffee is basically the only thing worth a penny and 1 sandwich out of all the grease menu options, however, you can't even order a salad with your grease buns or grease biscuit forget adding a tree leaf to a your tiny $5 grease chunk, "they come like that from the Warehouse and cant be modified" according to workers, great job

The staff says that they cannot take drinks back through the window every time its convenient for them but then don't follow their own rules made for sanitation reasons. When my drink is made completely wrong her new idea is to give me the other half of my drink in a pup cup not mixed. Instead of taking accountability for the wrongdoings and remaking my drink the way it was supposed to be remade by corporate guildlines, she took it back through the window and was very messy when pouring the drink into a different cup and mixing more ingredients in before giving the same drink that she shouldn't have taken back through the window in the first place back to me because of sanitary guidelines. I find it really wrong that staff get to pick and choose when they follow the rules and the drink tasted horrible. I went there 06/16/22 @ around 9 am....
