Definitely not feeling Slumberland. Had the arm of our loveseat (a "so-called" Hot Buy) crumpled after leaning against it. Leaning. Took almost a month to get a tech from the manufacturer out to look at it. He was here 15 minutes, told us nothing, left. A will later we hear about his report. Repair or replacement declined because he thinks someone sat on it. A tech from the so-called "Extended warranty" company comes out (again, a month later) walks in the house and says "Is it leaning? Looks like it's leaning. I think it's leaning. Does it look like it's leaning to you? Yeah it's leaning." takes two pictures, leaves. I call them a week later because they didn't bother to call me, claim declined because it "Looks like" someone sat on it. He was in our house less that 2 minutes. Contacted Slumberland again to plead my case, was offered another loveseat at half price. Wow. Was told we could do the transaction over the phone and I'd receive paperwork to sign and return or I could dispute the decision. If we got a new one at half price, delivery and pickup of the old one is free. Went with the half price option. Heard nothing after that. It's been a been week. Definitely done with the these guys, no sense of customer service AT ALL.
**In all fairness, I need to add that I did hear from the manager and it was a matter of an improperly entered email that I didn't receive the receipt of the sale for the transaction to be completed. Once I received it I signed and returned it, we received our replacement but still had to pay for another loveseat 7 months after buying the original. There really is no such thing as lasting...

I would like to say, I stumbled up on this Slumberland furniture clearance outlet store by accident by going to a collision center over in Little Canada. Stopped in, and I was just amazed about How the quality of the furniture was just like any of the slumberland furniture stores and great prices. Now, the most important. thing that really caught my attention was the customer service. The manager, was awesome. I've met him on yesterday, but I would like to speak about one particular Employee at this particular store, his name is Amir i tell you this young man was so awesome. The day, dad. I walked into this store? he immediately greeted me and extended his hands-on anything that he could help me with. As far as questions are, helping me to select what I was looking for and I did not feel rushed. He really took his time. He heard every word that I said and expressed to him on what I was looking for and I really, really appreciate it. His professionalism, his dedication to the customer and the way he helped me over and beyond the call of his duties by making sure I was comfortable with my selections, and that I had everything. Covered on questions or items that I was searching for I love this Slumberland furniture clearance outlet store and I recommend it for all my families and friends. Read moreThis had to have been the worst experience I've ever had with purchasing a couch. The salesman in the store was great, just when it came to not getting a courtesy call when our couch came into the warehouse. And that one piece was out of state and it was going to push back delivery about a week. Then when it came to delivery, we never got an hour courtesy call ahead. When the movers arrived they dropped our couch out of the truck then sat there was laughing about it and I had overheard them laughing and saying "Oh I think their pissed we dropped the couch." As they were setting it up they were just rude to us and were in denial that there was any damage done to the couch. There's multiple scratches and a nice slice in the couch from them being "in a rush" or "pushy" to get this done and get out of here. Needless to say, I will never be going to slumberland for a furniture purchase again. Aside from them replacing the couch due to their delivery damages, I don't feel as it's worth it to have movers who have a "not caring" attitude or a "time line" to fill for the day etc. If I were to purchase furniture again from Slumberland, I will be doing my own delivery.
