Absolute Rip-Off! Don't Waste Your Money Here!

We blew a staggering $200, hoping for a fun family day, and were met with nothing but frustration and a complete scam.

The machines were practically empty, and the few that weren't were clearly rigged. The claw consistently dropped the plushie right before the prize chute, making it impossible to win anything decent. We spent a fortune just to watch our money vanish into these rigged traps!

But the worst part? The stone-cold inflexibility of the staff. After spending $200 and being just THREE plushies shy of a sought-after Labubu, they refused to let us combine our previous winnings for an upgrade. Despite their own child urging them to be reasonable, acknowledging how much we'd spent, the answer was a flat NO. It's outrageous! If we hadn't made an earlier trade, we would have had enough for our prize. We were practically begging for something for our money, and they didn't care.

Their 'prize' selection was pathetic, leading us to take home two bags full of worthless plushies instead of a single item we actually wanted. We effectively paid $200 – which could have bought an entire set of authentic Labubus online – for absolutely nothing of value.

This was our first and last visit. Save your money and your sanity. Go somewhere that actually values its customers and offers a fair chance at winning, unlike this joke of an arcade.

P.S. I spent less than this at Ducks and got an authentic Labubu and more. But I'll stick to Clawland where the customer...

A Christmas wish come true! Just last week, my wife mentioned she wished there was an “arcade near me” that focused entirely on claw machines, and a quick Google search led us to Claw Arcade in Little Canada, Minnesota. The location is super convenient—just minutes from East Minneapolis and close to Roseville. Our entire family had a blast! The kids were thrilled to win plush doll prizes, and the variety of machines ensured everyone stayed entertained. The facility is clean, bright, and thoughtfully equipped with two bathrooms, each featuring changing tables—a huge plus for families. The owners were incredibly friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and are so happy we found this hidden gem. Highly recommend Claw Arcade for anyone looking for a fun,...

I feel like reviews are based on ppl they know or family. I do not recommend this place, I would definitely check out neko clawww or duck instead. The first staff we met seemed kind, but as we were playing we notice staff was not attentive but was to ppl they know or there own family members, also we witness staff giving ppl prizes while unlocking the machine (which I assume are there kids or relative). We walked out with one toy and we have 2 kids. They didn't offer to the kiddos get prizes like Neko or Duck while seeing the kiddos struggle to even get one plush while my kids watch other kids/ their kids getting plushies via opening the claw machine. As we walked out is when they wanted to interact with us saying "oh how many did...
