Extremely disappointed and upset. My sister and I order, get told 45 minutes, no problem. Call them an hour and 10 minutes later, said they canceled our order saying we lived in Minneapolis. Common sense, call the customer back to double check the address. Then I ordered a salad and was told it would be 5.00 because I just wanted a regular small salad. When we called back to see where our order was, not only were there EXTREMELY RUDE, he charged me for a full Italian salad saying all salads are the same price. Bullshit, lettuce tomato and cheese and you charger me for a large salad that has everything but the kitchen sink on it?? So wrong. Then checked our charges on our cards. My sister was charged 3 damn times and should have been 2 as we have to wait for the refunded one to show up. The first couple times we've ordered, it was fabulous. I talked the place up to friends and family. Never again. They also charged us 2 delivery fees to the same damn address, and they were EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE. I wasn't done talking and they hung up on me. To them, losing our business probably won't bother them one bit. But treat people with respect when you work with the public.
THANKS FOR THE CHEESECAKE, I DIDN'T HAVE ANY. AND I DIDN'T DICTATE NO DAMN PRICE FOR THE SALAD, YOUR PERSON TAKING THE ORDER SAID IT WOULD BE 5.00 FOR A BASIC SALAD, NOT ME!!!!! I THEN SAID, IF YOU'RE CHARGING ME FOR THE ITALIAN SALAD THEN SEND THE ITALIAN SALAD. NOT THE SALAD I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD BY THE GUY TAKING THE ORDER. I GOT THE SALAD WITH TOMATOES AND CHEESE. IT'S JUST VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN Y'ALL HAVE 1 PERSON SAYING ONE THING, AND THE OTHER SAYING ANOTHER. THE OTHER FRUSTRATING THING IS, I ASKED A COUPLE QUESTIONS AND Y'ALL SNAPPED ON ME. AND THE CONCERN OF MY SISTER BEING CHARGED 25.99 X 3. WHAT REALLY SUCKS, IS Y'ALL HAVE THE BEST DAMN CHICKEN WINGS IN THE AREA, BUT HOW WE WERE TREATED...
Read moreMade me wait an hour in store an hour after they said it would be ready telling me it was in the oven and then told me it wasn't ready and then threatened to beat me up when I asked for a refund and then told me they didn't know how to give a refund when I called twice later and we never got a refund. They got our 70 bucks, Never gave us a single thing or an apology, and the owner himself threatened to beat me up
Experience I had here was insane. It was almost a year ago now. My daughter was born the next day so I was a little busy. It was our last dinner as a family before she was born. Food was an hour late. When I went to pick it up they told me it would be ready in a half hour. I waited an hour later. They hadn't even started it. They told me they were too messed up only. They used a euphemism to figure out what to do and then when I said can I at least have a refund. The owner ran out of the back and he did not like me asking for a refund. He said I was harassing his boy and I said I've been waiting here for 2 hours while you've tell me it's in the oven and now you say nothing is ready and you're mad at me and he chase me out of the store to my car threatening to beat me up and I was so furious. I have never been so mad
The word on the street is that the guy is a recovering opiate addict who hires recovering opiate addicts to give them a second chance which is great, except I can honestly tell you from experience that at least at the point when I interacted with this man he was relapsing. If you have employees telling you that they are "too effed up" to figure out what your order is, then it's probably not great for people in recovery. I would recommend people who are in recovery...
Read moreAfter a long day of Easter with our family, my little family of 3 was craving pizza. We live across the street from this place and have only walked/driven past it when we go next door to Donut Hut. We decided to give it a try, so we called in to order a large pizza and an order of Mango Habanero wings. The person who picked up the phone sounded friendly but in a rush. Couldn’t tell if it was due to the holiday rush or if it was truly a rude person who didn’t know how to provide good customer service. He kept on almost interrupting but in the kindest way. It’s tough to explain the overall call experience so I was praying the in-person interaction would be much better, which it was.
My husband came back and explained to me that the owner was the only one in the back making the pizza and he had his two kids in the shop with him. Our 3 year old went with him and the kids complimented my son and even played with him while they waited for our food. My husband asked the older son if his dad’s pizza was good and he responded that it was the best ever. I was relieved to hear that the in-person experience went better than the phone call because the pizza was amazing and the wings were big and delicious. It also came with fries, which is a plus for me!
Overall, we will be back to support this...
