Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Little Canada

First time ordering from this Domino's and it will definitely be the last. I wish I had read these reviews first because it seems they have had problems with poor product and bad customer service for a long time. We picked up our pizza exactly at the time they said it would be ready. Drove the 2 minutes home and as we dug into our food realized that this food was definitely not made to order.

The pizza tasted like it had been sitting in the window of a gas station deli for about 8 hours. While it was only slightly warm the edges of the pizza including the slices were already hard and crusty so it had clearly been sliced quite some time before we ever even ordered our pizza. My guess is they had a pepperoni pizza that didn't get picked up or didn't get delivered and when we put our order in they decided to throw four pieces of dried up Canadian bacon and four green peppers on top of it and call it good. The cinnamon sticks were hard as a rock brown and dried up with only the slightest dried up drizzle of cinnamon butter on top of them.

Very frustrating to know that you called a custom order in and promptly drove to the store to pick it up personally only to find that you have way overpaid for food that had been sitting out at least an hour. I can guarantee the corner gas station had better fresher food than this. Shame on...

Let me start by saying one star is too many stars. This location is horrible received my pizza today stuck to the top of the box called back to complain was told by "manager John" as he called himself that I would have another Pizza sent out to me in 30 minutes after waiting an hour. I called the store back to be told I probably wasn't going to get a second pizza because they were very busy and that I could take a $25 credit. I explained to him that every time I order from there there's an issue and at this point, I don't want the credit. You can either give me my money back or send out a new pizza. I can't even eat the pizza because all the toppings were stuck to the cardboard. He refused to tell me the store manager's name because him "manager John" was handling it himself and I could either take the $25 credit or basically leave it. He proceeded to tell me I could either take what he was telling me or leave it and then had the audacity to hang up on me. I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak with the actual manager and I also will be contacting corporate because this location obviously needs to be reviewed!!! management needs a lesson in customer service phone etiquette and much more maybe a visit from the health department...

I'm not impressed by the quality of customer service I've received from this location. I've placed a carry out with the Domino's Pizza off of 2620 Rice St and County Rd D, 30 minutes prior to closing time. I arrived at the destination for my pick up and the doors were locked. There were 3 employees inside and they ignored me while I knocked and stood outside the door. I was astound by the lack of quality service I received when I was not acknowledged. I returned to my vehicle and contact Domino's, Kareem was the supervisor on duty. He confirmed my order was placed at their location and he informed me their store locks their lobby door by 11pm, but it didn't make sense when I was present before 10:45pm. I demanded to speak to the Store Manager in which I was told by Kareem that he was on vacation, but the District Manager Greg was present. I asked to speak to Greg, but was told that he was busy with inventory. I'm not impressed by Kareem and Greg's quality of customer service especially the District Manager.
