PLEASE SEE PICTURE BELOW, unsanitary!!! This store is really making Starbucks look bad. . I normally go to this Starbucks at least once a week. I ordered a Caramel ribbon crunch frappe with an extra express shot & as I was drinking it I noticed a long black string of hair blended with my drink. I felt so disgusted & may have even swallowed pieces of the hair. . I understand things happen but it seemed like they just wanted to shrug it off. This should be some health code violation and I’m continuing to work with corporate on this matter. The supervisor Aaron said his store manager will only give a $10 gift card, which is awful because that’s less than the order I purchased. I don’t want anymore drinks from them, PLEASE BEWARE AND LOOK AT YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU TAKE A SIP.

For this location to be new, it is absolutely horrible! I had a late night and needed a pick me up at around noon today so I went in for my favorite latte (pumpkin spice) and a drink for my daughter. Normally, I go to the location near Prosper but, decided that I would try this place since they are new. I had visited a time or two before and the service wasn’t the greatest but I knew it would take time to work out the kinks so I wanted to give them another try. Never would I have expected what happened.. I placed my order inside because the drive-through was backed up with cars. I counted seven people before me which I knew would’ve taken a while. Once I got in, I put in my order and proceeded to wait in the pick up area. It took a while, so I decided to have a seat and wait instead of standing, but I made sure to wait directly in front of the pick up area to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about (Well, at least I thought that would work)… after sitting for about 20 minutes, watching the drive-through be cleared out, watching three people come in for their pick up order and leave, I finally become impatient. I walked to the register and requested a refund and let the cashier/ manager know that I had been sitting about 20 minutes waiting for my order and had never received it. His excuse was that they were in the middle of training and he refunded my order. I’ve never had such horrible service at any Starbucks. I can understand that some days may be busier than others and I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes when there was a rush , even after waiting five minutes the associates would let me know that my order would be coming soon. Here, I got nothing. It’s crazy because I was the only one waiting in the lobby. The people that came in for pick up, had their orders sitting on the counter , grabbed them and left. Their orders were even made after I ordered. I will never visit this location again and am highly disappointed! If I were the manager, I would have apologized and offered at least one of the coffee drinks for the wait or for overlooking my customer, but, it just wasn’t the same old friendly service that I’m used to getting from a Starbucks location. Don’t waste your time visiting here. Just drive down the road to the other location if you want...

Okay, I would like to say I’ve ordered at this location a handful of times. When that new summer drink came out I was given the wrong lid where the hole wasn’t big enough for the boba straw. Last week, I ordered my regular: Triple Caramel Drizzle Blonde Espresso Roast Caramel Crunch Topping Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam Splash of Oatmilk Line the Cup with Caramel Sauce Venti Cup 6 Pump(s) Caramel Syrup

And at this location specifically they filled it up to the top. Okay fast forward today, my boyfriend picks up me and my mom’s drinks, he sends me a picture of both drinks with my drink resulting to be 75% filled. This baffled me because first of all, many other locations i’ve ordered this same drink. AND THEY ARE ALL THE WAY FILLED TO THE TOP!!! Like would you like to look at the drink you payed for (venti size) and say hmm, it’s normal that it’s not filled up all the way. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked in customer service for 3 years and I know a thing or two. My boyfriend went back and proceed to tell them the concern and basically brushed him off. This place is laughable about how inappropriate it is to talk to customers the way they did. Funny thing is I don’t know who “they” is. So not only did they deny filling or doing something about the drink, they were rude. I took it into my own hands to call up the store. Absolutely disgusting the way this lady talked to me, whoever the store manager isn’t good at her job. “well it’s about who makes the drink, and technically”. technically nothing. That person messed up then they need to own up to that, or train your employees better. I’ve been to way too many starbucks far away from there and they all filled it up to the top!!! Honestly, don’t go here. You won’t really know what you pay for unless the person knows what they are doing. Especially mobile orders. Absolutely ridiculous for being a franchise as well known as...

I was glad this new Starbucks opened, so close to my home. Last night about 8:15 pm, I entered the drive thru, I looked at the menu & I waited about 1 minute, no response, I said, “hello”, no one answered. I thought maybe something was wrong with the ordering intercom. Drive to the window & a there was a young girl at the window & made no eye contact with me after I was in line for at least 1 minute. Then a shorter red-blondish with dark glasses young white woman looked at me & completely ignored me so I honked my car. I know they saw me because they each looked at me & continued to ignore me. Another heavy set female looked at me, & started laughing, they were all talking & continued to ignore me. There was no reason to ignore me, all 1 person had to do was open the window & tell me they were closed, that’s it, didn’t even have the courtesy of being respectful but continued to be very rude, ignore me, & laugh. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Whenever I have 1 bad experience anywhere, I make it a point to never go back to that same place ever, even though it’s 2 minutes away. I will continue to drive 7 miles to the regular Starbucks on 380 & 423, great...
