Very large and will done Japanese style art. The kitchen service was very fast and convenient. The menu was very easy to read. The crew members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food was accurate, hot and delicious. Although both were good, I will say that I enjoyed the sushi more than the hibachi... It was a good experience. I will return. I don't understand why they don't bring your food out to you especially if your sitting at the low pillow tables; especially since it seemed like there were some staff just standing around. I was also not impressed by the large metal trashcan that you could throw your trash away in; that the bag can and did easily fall into the can...

This place has gone so far down hill. I absolutely warn everyone to get their sushi elsewhere. Their staff cannot roll sushi. It is so loose that it falls apart. The ā€œsignatureā€ rolls come out over 2ā€ in diameter and are impossible to eat in one bite as all sushi should be. Tonight’s last straw was when I received my order with no wasabi or ginger. The youngsters that answered the phone told me that you note have to request this standard condiment to all Sushi everywhere. What a sad end to what started out to be a real gem. Since the owner quit working every night to watch over his team, the quality has really suffered. It’s too bad he can’t trust anyone to maintain an acceptable level of quality.

First time having Sushi Bachi! It is great! I ordered ahead to pick up, super easy! The prices are good too. I had the salmon roll and the monster roll, barely got a pic before I devoured everything! The dine in area looks very nice too! ****** Just had this again 1/25/21 Picked up an order of 2 spicy tuna rolls. I posted a pick, they are good size, 8 pieces in a roll. The people working are very nice, the restaurant is very clean and decorative. The rolls are soooo good! I highly recommend having Sushi Bachi! ******* And again 3/27/2021 love it šŸ˜ it is consistently good! Very fast also, I placed a pick up order on the phone and it was ready within 10 minutes! šŸ£ love it!

Food taste good but the portion size is very small for the cost. I’ve been here a few times for myself and I also pick up deliveries from here on a regular. The first time I came for myself I ordered steak and shrimp hibachi bowls and chicken fried rice. The portion was super small almost kids meal-like but at least it had good flavor. I went tonight and got Cajun angus beef fried rice w/shrimp, chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. Once again I was disappointed by the size and the beef rice was really disappointing. I was expecting real pieces of beef but instead it looked like the used the pre shredded beef for making Philly cheesesteaks. As for the service we’ll let’s just say the owner is cool but he has quite a few belligerent teens working there who really lack professionalism and good customer service skills. Very rude young ladies especially the girl named ā€œParadiseā€. I understand getting backed up on orders but this girl was beyond rude when I inquired about an ETA ( keep in mind I was on a delivery and I had already been waiting for almost an hour and had been told 3 different times each time I checked on the order). I then let the girl know that I was working and holding me hostage w/lack of realistic ETAs was unfair and cost me money and to incur penalties as well and she surprisingly laughed at me in my face. Very disrespectful. When I let the owner know he did apologize but he also made excuses for her behavior saying she was young and pretty much didn’t know better. Well hopefully he finds better help because a business is only as good as the service it provides and with employees like that he’ll be losing customers left and right. I’m so disappointed in this...

We’ve come to this place about 10 times and have always loved it. I get the same thing every time, shrimp teriyaki bowl with two avocado rolls. I’ve always enjoyed the quality.

Not sure what has happened the the service, or if they hired a new chef in the last month or so, but I had ordered my usual order to go, picked it up, and went home. When I opened my teriyaki bowl, it was completely dry, no sauce on the top at all, which is not how it usually comes. I tried it and it was SUPER salty, and had no flavor beyond just salt. I figured this was just a fluke, and took the 10 minute drive back to the restaurant to try and get a replacement.

I got absolutely no questions and was given a replacement. The girl at the front said ā€œwe put extra teriyaki on itā€, which was kind of weird, because extra would mean it had any in the first place, but I figured overkill was better than none. I got home for the second time, opened my second bowl with ā€œextra teriyakiā€ and it’s got.... some... teriyaki.... I guess. It’s honestly got less than my first one, which also had basically none. It’s not the same as the last ~8 times I’ve had it. I’m really not sure how it was overlooked, especially after being told it was taken care of. I didn’t even check the bag out of confidence that the staff had it correct because I’ve never had a single issue here before.

Regardless, I’m really displeased with the fact that I had to go twice, a total of 40 minutes there and back, and my order STILL wasn’t correct.

I’m only not giving a 1 star after this experience because the staff inside the restaurant was very polite and the food is usually pretty good, but I wasted a lot of...

I’ve ordered a take out from this place a million times before and it always been great, but this time we decided to dine-in. Bad decision. It was the first time I’ve been outside of my house for the last 3 weeks, cause my 4.5yo son broke his leg and had to stay home in spica cast. This was his first time outside since he fell as well. We were able to transport him to his favorite sushi place to distract him from being locked in our living room, cause he asked for sushi. We’ve ordered some food and were notified that they were busy and the waiting time would be 20-30 minutes, that we agreed on. That was the first time I regretted leaving tips, cause I’d never received a service that would worth it. 1 hour of waiting and still no food. 2 kids were struggling sitting and waiting. Finally, when they were about to finish preparing my order, one of the employees started flipping chairs on top of the tables, so the atmosphere was totally ruined. When we received our order, no plates, wasabi, soy sauce, ginger or chopsticks were offered, so I had to ask for it and we decided to leave the place and eat at home. One of the employee was super nice, but it was not helpful in terms of waiting. A lot of people were stopping by to pick up their online orders, so I thought that the priority for a cook was to prepare online take-outs first and dine-in last. This was my first and last attempt to dine-in here. Do not recommend! Very disappointed, that they can’t accomplish dine-in orders in decent amount of time. 1 hour is insane, taking into consideration that their logo states...
