1st timer and I love a fresh bagel!! Service was good, they explained they were short staffed which was okay. Everywhere is short staffed in actuality, the wait wasn’t long and Mikala was the sweetest! Dined in for breakfast and ordered the “Farmhouse” egg sandwich meal with 1 egg and the shmear on the side as well as a French toast bagel. The sandwich was literally really fresh, the bagel, the egg, everything which I could always appreciate! I’d give it a 10/10. The hash brown was ok, I was more like a baked hash brown cake, 6/10. The French toast bagel was absolutely divine. I wash I would’ve got the honey cream cheese instead of the plain but it was still a 10/10. Now the price. The price is why I’m giving this restaurant a 4 star rating. Now yes everything was fresh, the service and atmosphere was good I do not like to be deceived when it comes to prices. The menu states the sandwich is 6.99 w/1 egg and to make it a meal which includes the hash brown and coffee or oj would be an additional 3.89. Walk with me and do the math, 6.99+3.89=10.88 +tax. On my receipt I was charged 8.78 for the sandwich, 1.69 for the hash brown & 3.49 for the Oj totaling 13.96 +tax. Went back to ask about the receipt pricing and was explained that’s how we’re supposed to ring it up and it’s the same when it is not when there’s almost a $4 difference. Although I had a good experience and could appreciate the food being fresh the menu and actual price not matching making this an over priced meal will be the reason for me not returning. Thank you Einstein Bros Bagels.

Einstein Bros. Bagels, the beloved bagel chain, has recently opened its doors in Aubrey, Texas, bringing its fresh-baked bagels and signature sandwiches to the community. As a new establishment, it's understandable to experience some bumps in the road, and Einstein Bros. Bagels is no exception. However, despite these minor hiccups, my recent visit left me with a positive overall impression. The Aubrey location is situated in a convenient spot, easily accessible from US 380. The interior is bright and welcoming, with ample seating for both dine-in and carry-out customers. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, though they may still be getting their bearings as they navigate the new environment. When it comes to the food, Einstein Bros. Bagels delivers on its promise of fresh, delicious bagels. In addition to bagels, Einstein Bros. Bagels also offers a variety of breakfast sandwiches. While my experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels was mostly positive, there were a few areas for improvement. The overall service was a bit slow, which is likely due to the newness of the store and the staff still getting acclimated. Despite these minor challenges, I believe Einstein Bros. Bagels in Aubrey has the potential to be a great addition to the community. The fresh bagels, delicious food, and friendly staff make it a worthwhile stop for breakfast or lunch. With a little more time and experience, I'm confident that they'll iron out the kinks and provide an even smoother and more enjoyable dining experience for their customers.

**Review Update: I went through the drive thru on a different day. The service was a lot better although the wait was long. The bagel this time was better but honestly, still not worth the price or hype. We have gotten bagels packs twice before and they were definitely better than ordering a single bagel. The pretzel bagel was the best! Original Review: The first time we came here, we were over charged. When it was brought to the manager’s attention, we were refunded cash instead of the money being put back on our card. The manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer to put the money back on our card. I had ordered a bakers dozen and repeated my order to the cashier three times. Once we got home, our order was wrong. Even though the order was incorrect, the bagels were good this time. Last week, I tried going through the drive through on three separate occasions. The first two times, I had to exit the line after waiting 10 minutes to order. The third time I tried, it took about 15 minutes start to finish. I ordered a french toast bagel, sliced and toasted with regular cream cheese. It cost right under $5 for the one bagel. As seen in the pictures, the bagel was burnt in most places and definitely tasted like it. I’m going to give this place one last try before calling it quits as I understand they’re still new and trying to get the hang of things. But as of right now, the service and food quality has not been worth the money or hassle.

So, here we are 4 months later and it’s the same. This time though service has gone down to zero stars. Today there were 4 cars in the drive thru so I went in to try to be faster. All I needed was 2 bagels in a bag, not toasted, not sliced, nothing on them. I waited about 5 minutes before I was even greeted. First the two employees were just talking to each other at the register about an order. Then the cashier went back & forth a few times helping a mobile order, then said she’d be with me in a minute then helped the drive thru. When she came to me I asked for 2 cranberry bagels, just thrown in a bag as they are, and told her I didn’t want to wait though if that needed to go through the food line (as I could see that was very busy and had only one worker) She rings me up, I pay, then she tells the woman working the line my order so I repeated that if it needed to go through the line I didn’t want it, I’ve had that exact situation happen before with these exact employees. My 2 bagels in a bag had to wait until after a bunch of breakfast sandwiches and took forever. She got rude and huffy saying there were other customers. I said I know but it takes 2 seconds to throw 2 bagels in a bag and then this order is gone. She was still rude and huffy saying the other woman was going to do it right now and ran off back to the drive thru. So I told her that’s all I was asking for so I don’t know why she’s getting upset. I hadn’t seen the response to my last review but I have now so I will follow up with that email. I’m not trying to get anyone fired in this economy (or any) but the customer service desperately needs to be improved. If it’s a staffing issue, then yes, more staff is needed in the morning. If not then she just can’t handle the business of morning. There were 4 cars in the drive thru, one set of 2 people behind me in line and 1 mobile order that I could see. It shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes to grab 2 very easy bagels before work. Starbucks gets me in and out of their busy drive thru in about 3 minutes. On a positive note! They finally didn’t burn the cranberry bagels! Yum!

This location still has a lot of work to do on getting it together. I’ve been sitting at the drive thru window 10+ minutes with one car in front of me and no one even near the window. What are they doing?? It’s been slow most of the 10 or so times I’ve been so far. I’m thrilled to have an Einsteins this close! Hopefully it will all come...

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels that I feel compelled to share. My visit was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish, and the level of service left much to be desired.

Upon entering the establishment, I was hopeful to enjoy a quick and satisfying bagel breakfast with my 3 kids. However, the nightmare began when I placed my order. Despite there being a minimal number of customers, I found myself waiting for an excruciating 25 minutes without any updates or acknowledgment from the staff. Priority was given to the drive thru orders than people waiting in the store.

To make matters worse, when the staff finally attended to me, they nonchalantly informed me that they had run out of several types of bagels I had originally ordered. The lack of communication and organization was astounding. One would expect that such crucial information would be relayed to customers promptly, avoiding unnecessary wait times.

The pinnacle of this disastrous experience, however, was the manager's (Cecilina) handling of the situation. Instead of expressing any form of genuine apology or sympathy for the inconvenience caused, the manager exhibited a shocking level of rudeness. Her body language spoke volumes as she dismissively gestured for me to keep quiet when I voiced my dissatisfaction. It was a clear display of unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for customer experience.

As if the poor service wasn't enough, when the manager finally decided to address the issue, she returned my money in cash without offering any verbal apology. The entire exchange felt cold and detached, leaving me bewildered at the lack of basic customer service etiquette. I had to convince my kids and enjoy brunch at another store.

In conclusion, my experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels was a disaster from the moment I stepped through the door. The combination of an unreasonably long wait, a lack of transparency about product availability, and a manager with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction has left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wakeup call for the establishment to reevaluate its customer service practices and strive for a more positive and professional...

Before anyone comes for me I work in the food industry and “I get it”, but if you go to the new Ensteins CHECK YOUR ORDER. Super exhausted this AM from a late shift last night and was driving home from taking my daughter to work and I was starving decided try out the new Enstein Bagels. Super sweet girl at the window, there were zero cars in front or behind me had a nice chat with her about Shmear and how I’ve never been fond of it. She let me know the burrito I wanted could not have the shmear removed and offered the bagel which could. I said great I will do that without the shmear. I know better, I should have checked it but I didn’t. I was exhausted. I open up the sandwich and shmear everywhere. So I call the store and I’m like I was just there and let them know the issue. I was then told “we will make it again just come in and grab it, unfortunately we are just learning and we are not magic.” I get the just learning, but it was not a difficult order and no one was asking for any type of magic. Just a “let us make it right” would have sufficed. Y’all know 380 in the AM is not an easy ask for anyone. I don’t feel me going back in for a second time for them to make my sandwich was the correct way to make it right and at this point I was more invested in energy, time, and cost (gas and ingredients) than the actual store was. I honestly didn’t want it that bad. Against my better judgement I went back but after sitting behind 6 cars for a sandwich I wasn’t even sure I would like. I decided it wasn’t worth $9, my gas, and definetly not 40 minutes. I’m so glad we have something other than chicken but for the time gas and money I will continue to get my breakfast at...
