Horrible! I placed my order at 1130 pm knowing they closed at midnight to get there and they claim they didn't have my order and never got it. I used the wingstop app, paid and got email receipt. Well I didn't have my phone so the guy said to reorder and repay or go get phone to show I did order and proof of receipt paid. I had to go back home to get my phone and when I got back there they still hadn't started making my food. I showed them the email confirmation and opened the app and showed them my order as well for them to finally start making my food. It's now midnight I waited another almost 20 min for my food. Finally got home and ate an hour after placing the order. How ridiculous and horrible. Never was apologized to, never offered anything for the huge inconvenience on NOT my fault at all. I asked if this happens often and he said it has a few times. Wow! They were only worried about cleaning up so they could go home. What a bad night. Read moreThis location is terrible specifically because of their night staff. I ordered from them and was only given half of my order. They promised to reach out to me next day to resolve it. I gave them 3 days and then I called them. The manager on duty told me to come pick up a fresh new order. I arrived at wing stop and they continued to tell me to wait 10 more minutes until I had been there 45 minutes. Just to hear them say they never received my order and the person on duty who promised to remake my food wasn’t the manager on duty and had no authority to do so. They then told me they were not going to remake my order. The whole team came out to stare me down in what seemed like an intimation act. I remained calm. I had my family with me so I politely told them we would handle this another way and thank you for your time and walked away since I clearly saw they have a habit of messing up people’s orders. Read moreI placed an online order from work @ 8:54am for a future order for 11:00am when I take my lunch break. The Door Dasher driver arrived at my job 11:09 with what I thought was my order but it had someone else name on bag but my name for delivery order. We went through the bag and none of the food was what I ordered. Driver packed up food to deliver to right person and stated he will let them know about the mix up. I called the store 50 times from the time driver left and there was no answer and voicemail was full! After places call after call from 11:15am-1:00pm someone answered at 1:01pm and she was not friendly at all I told her what happened and she stated she was wondering why my order was still at her store. The manager said she can't deliver it she can refund me but I would have to reorder and pay again! She had a bad attitude!
