SNOWY FUN — Attraction in Little Elm

I booked this venue before ever stepping foot inside due to the location and amenities offered. Summer birthday with an ice room? Why not?! To my surprise, my daughter had a blast and talks about her birthday at Snowy Fun still! The party rooms are the biggest we’ve had at a venue which I can appreciate because it’s not only the kids we are catering to, the kids’ parents also need a place to sit while the kids are enjoying their time. I have a few suggestions for party hosts and party structure to make the transition from one party to the next a lot smoother - 1) hosts should organize and plan ahead for each party and prepare supplies and utensils in advanced to avoid having to leave the room during the party causing delays. 2) if only there was a way to allow each party to separate into the trampoline and play area without having to mix in and share with turn crowd - similar to Pump it up’s technique to avoid chaos. Lastly, have an option for gratuity to add for party hosts during check out. Overall, the owners are kind and accommodating and hopefully these recommendations are helpful and does not come off rude. I had my son's birthday party at this place yesterday and the kids had a BLAST! My party host, Melissa, was AWESOME! HIGHLY recommended! She helped me set up and clean up and everything in between. There are a few LITTLE reasons why it didn't give five stars. The first reason is when I booked my party and signed the contract the birthday package was one price and when I went to pay at the end, the price had increased by $50. My party host had to call the manager because there is no way for her to change the price of the package in the system. The prices change and the system only shows the current pricing so if the prices changed after you booked your party then the new price will show when you check out. We eventually figured out a way to fix it and everything was fine. The next reason is they only let you use their Wi-Fi in cases of emergency so that was kind of a bummer. Also, you only have 15 minutes to set up if you bring your own decorations so it's kind of a time crunch but with the help of my host, we got it done. 😊other than those things the party was great and my party host was even better! I had my son's birthday party yesterday (01/29/2023). It was very unorganized and messy. There's no direction when you get there, and you get little to no help. I paid for the party to be hosted, but instead I was serving pizza, passing out plates, drinks, and cupcakes. Plus, I cleaned up afterwards. There's no staff on the floor to keep an eye on the children, they expect for parents to do that. But in case of an emergency the staff would NEVER know because they're in their own world. I spoke with the owner or manager whatever he calls himself, but he came up with excuse after excuse. Also, told me ALL OF THE GIRL'S PERSONAL BUSINESS! Trying to explain why she wasn't able to work properly. I had to constantly ask for things, gloves, trash bags, plates and napkins.
