Bagels Unlimited — Restaurant in Little Falls

I got two sandwiches yesterday after asking a friend to pick up Breakfast. This is not my normal spot but they said it's their go to spot. Since they were stopping I had no choice. I had a flagel with CC, Tomatoes, Onions and sliced lox. The flagel had great texture and taste. It had a crunchy shell and well flavored inside dough. The onions, tomatoes and lox were VERY thin sliced which I enjoy. The CC was evenly spread out and not flopped on with half a tub which I usually take half off since it's too much. This was perfect and consistent. Easy to eat and nothing pouring out the side not making a mess. While I do enjoy my spot Bagels Unlimited was just a better sandwich. It's about 2 miles further but worth the trip and I will be going back. I liked it better overall. I did not go nor see the place but I will soon enough. The thin slices of all the ingredients was the gold star 🌟. I don't like biting into a half inch tomato, onion lox and plopped CC. I've asked my old spot at least a dozen times to thin it out but it was never perfect just good. Now I know there is a better spot, close enough and it's my new go to spot. Also to note, I placed the order, my friend was there in just minutes, got the food and was here in 10. Speed wise, it's also quicker as I always call in advance and still end up waiting. Bagels Unlimited 🥯 you have a new customer and word travels. They also enjoyed their hot platter and breakfast sandwich but they know the place. LETTUCE IS INFECTED WITH LIVE & DEAD PARASITES!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING !!! They don’t clean or inspect their lettuce before selling . Only leaving 1 star because I can not leave 0 !! I typically go here for breakfast, never had a problem up until today. I purchased a BLT (no tomatoes) on a roll then left. When I left I ate half of a half cut then I noticed something black on my lettuce that was hanging off the roll. My vision is not perfect but i immediately thought it was a bug so I pulled my phone out to zoom and it was ! I came across 2 dead bugs and a live parasite before freaking out and shaking. I CANT BELIEVE I BIT INTO IT !!!!! I drove back to the store to speak to a manager and I was told he’s on break and he’ll be off in 20 minutes. So I asked for a refund in the meantime and I’ll come back. I also explained and showed them a video of the parasites and told them to throw it out and don’t sell the lettuce. I was told that they was gonna check it (smh) & everyone went back to work like nothing happened. I returned maybe 45-1 hr later and was told he wasn’t in, he’s on vacation and will be back Tuesday 10/22/24. Today is the 17th. I also noticed they STILL HAD LETTUCE THERE !!!!! 🤢ABSOLUTE TRASH‼️ Disgusting food, horrible customer service, and no sanitation at all Their breaded chicken is FROZEN and they just throw in the MICROWAVE and give it to you The lady there is absolutely rude. She will charge extra fee for credit card with out telling you (which is fine if it is a store policy) but when I asked why the price is different (wasn’t even rude, it was a genuine question) she just stared at me and said “what do you think? Just think??.” This is absolutely so rude to say to a customer. Also she uses same glove to receive payment and prepare food🤢. She literally lacks the basic customer service skill and food service skill. ONLY GO IF YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND RUIN YOUR DAY
