Went thru drive thru and ordered whopper and fries. When I got home I found one of the workers employee badge in my fries. I called back and couldn't get through. Left a message and someone called me back the next day. She said she was sorry and offered me a free sandwich. It really didn't seem to matter. Two days later took badge back to speak to a manager. She asked me did I eat the food and why didn't I bring it back. I had already eaten most of the fries. I told her I didn't have a way back that night. She said well how did you get up here,walk. She said she would give me my money back and a free meal. Then she changed her mind and said I was making to big a deal about it.    Read moreThe most pathetic Burger King I've been to. Seems to have no manager. The people in the kitchen and behind the counter shouted loudly, laughing and talking to each other, almost continuously. The person taking my order couldn't have been more uncaring or unwelcoming. She didn't offer to give me a receipt nor an order number. Almost half of the tables were dirty and covered with previous patrons' trash. They stayed this way through my entire 30 minute visit. Additionally, both sides of the Coke and Dr. Pepper were out, and I and most everyone that came behind me let the front counter know, all to no avail. No one ever bothered changing them out to run again.

   Read moreFast friendly service. The manager Wynne was a very friendly and helpful person. I had received a email from Burger King offering me a Whooper for a dollar. I couldn't find the offer code so Wynne took that as an opportunity to connect with a new customer (me) and gave the the code to the cashier to enter into the cash register. He engaged in conversation with me. His staff was top notch and well trained in customer service, Wynne leads by example that was obvious by the way he took over when the cashier didn't know the code and ask Wynne for help in finding it.
