Starbucks — Restaurant in Little Rock

Let me tell you a little something about Starbucks on Colonel Glenn- I have been visiting this Starbucks since it opened and never once have I had a bad experience. My order is always correct, the temperature of my beverage is always just right, and they always indulge my high-maintenance quirks of needing a "stopper" so the coffee doesn't splash in my car (sorry planet). Whether it is Ashley's bright smile, Sweet T's friendly conversations, or the entire crew greeting you good morning when you walk in the door, the experience at this Starbucks is not like one you're going to get anywhere else. It's a community versus a corporate feel. You never feel rushed or have to wait forever. The staff always asks how your day is going and ensures to thank you for coming in. And unlike pretty much all the other Starbucks in the city, this location has a decent-sized parking lot for ease of access. I cannot recommend this...

This places volume is a lot higher than most locations. Everything was excellent as one would expect with an $8 cup of coffee. The customer service although overall fair was actually outstanding for a Starbucks , most Starbucks customer service is remarkably awful, so at fair this location is outstanding for Starbucks . They do good at quickly serving the volume of customers however if I could charge $8 for a cup of coffee at this volume I would be working the registers myself even as a CEO if need be to take all this profit. The food you know is awesome as always with Starbucks . This location by far is THE WORST LOCATION EVER! I experienced racism & a lot of passive aggression. I went to the drive thru window to pick up my mobile order, & didn’t go through the drive through box to let them know I was there. The girl in the window caught an attitude with m, her tone, the eye rolling , the way she was talking to me was VERY unacceptable. I came in to express how i felt after she told me “go to the front to get my order.” I talked to an older man in the inside & he took her side, saying “I heard the conversation” & gaslit me.
