Came through this sonic with a trailer hooked in my boyfriends truck. I walked to the menu so he didnât have to park in the stall and block the whole drive way. I ordered 2 drinks & 2 JR Frito Chilli Cheese Wraps. First they rang me up for chilli cheese burgers and had my total at $11. I pressed the button to have them change it, because thatâs not what I ordered & they sounded annoyed, but fixed it. After waiting 15 minutes I pressed the button again to make sure my order went through because it usually doesnât take long at all at this particular sonic. The lady told me she was sorry and they were walking out of the door with my order. My screen said â* is on the way with your orderâ as the carhop walked to the minivan next to me, who pulled up at least 10 minutes after me and handed them their order. Their order was VERY large and i could see multiple children in the back seat (i heard her order & heard them read it back because i was standing outside at the menu still). The next carhop that walked out took an order to another car that pulled up even later than the minivan. At this point, i had been waiting for 25 minutes on something that, even if they had to open new chilli & cheese & heat it up, should not have taken any longer than 15 minutes. I pressed the button again because i was about to just ask for them to void my payment so i could leave and they didnât answer it. Finally, they brought me my order. Total wait time of 29 minutes. The carhop was then taking her sweet time slowly reading back my order and trying to hand me things slowly. I told her to please just give me my order so i can go home. After about 30 min I pushed button and asked if it was necessary for me to place my order again, she had no clue what I was talking about she told me I already had my food and after me repeating the previous conversation she laughed and said oh shit okay it will be right out, with a tone as if I was annoying her. I don't ever ask for discounts because I am also in food industry and I know how it gets sometimes but the tone and the long wait just wasn't how i would have handled it so since she didn't even offer anything to compensate the ocer look and my wasted time, i reauested that my shake be taken off the bill and she rolled her eyes took back the shake and ticket and after another 8 min shs came back out with the same shake now melted whip cream and not so cold shake. I didn't say anything because I had no more time to waste. This made me almost late for work, and I didn't get to finish all my food, normally this is a good location and I have no problems. I just chalked it up to everyone has bad days and I didn't complain to Corp office or upper management, I may have a bad day too and I hope someone has the same mindset as we all have our day.    Read moreOkey waited in line at the drive through and of course I pull up to the speaker to order and waited for them so I could place my order while the took care of the one at the window. We'll they got done with them but never asked for my order and the girl who was dealing with the drive through saw me and 3 other vehicles waiting and just never did anything after I was there for 10 minutes I drove to one of the stalls to order and I asked if the drive through wasn't working and they said it was but if you don't drive up close to it then they don't know someone is there. If I drive anywhere close to it I would had hit it with my vehicle. I feel as If the girls who was working the drive through just didn't care and is lazy and doesn't want her job for the fact that she saw me and 3 other vehicles sitting there waiting, and she looked at us more then 3 times while we waited. I love this sonic but this is reason why I don't go to 3 other ones that are closer to my home because when I work in the line of retail you take care of all customers with respect in a kind and timely manner.
