I went to Burger King recently and ask for my veggie burger to be broiled which taste better that putting it in a microwave where it will get hard before you start eating it. Well, usually the lunch time managers know how to prepare a broiled veggie burger, but this time I went in the evening where a manager told me that a veggie burger can't be broiled. I informed him that it has been done before. So he reply okay. So I did check my veggie burger to make sure it was correct with the topping I asks for and making sure my fries did not have salt on them. The bag was hot due to the fries. I took a bite of my veggie burger and it was cold from the Pattie to the bun. I called Burger King and spoke to the manager. He tells me that and I quote, "i told you that I can't make a broil burger but if you come back up here I can make it the way I know how by putting it in the microwave." I asks him why would you send a customer out with a cold veggie burger or anything at that fact. Also is it Burger King motto "have it your way". I asks what happen to the motto. Of course he was speechless and continued to say that I can come back up there. Why would I go back up there? For what? I'm through with Burger King for awhile but did call customer service. Read moreWe were there about 3:50-4pm on 11-7-2023 The service was remarkable ALL due to the Beautiful young lady at the 1st window initial Ms.(T).she had just started- it was her 1st day she was the only reason this store received 5 (*)beautiful smile and her most welcomed spirit. We get to the second window tall far skin hair cut in a fade young man didn't speak. I asked for no ice he didn't give me to me to say anything he said ain't no ice in there. We checked out food and of course 1of 2 sandwich was missing cheese ,tomatoe. 2nd sandwich missing tomatoe, so we took them back to Ms. T. She repeated what was missing and at the second window I am assuming she was the manager repeated what we asked for through the head set. And, instead of creating a fresh whopper they just recycled the ones passed back through their window. From what I could see there to many students in this store for there mistakes. We weren't offered any coupons for there mixup. And, the only apology we received was from the young lady Ms.T. this was my opinion from...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I ordered a combo meal using a coupon I received in the mail, but I was not informed of the need to mention the coupon when placing the order. When I reached the first window, I handed over the coupon along with my payment, but the staff did not inform me that the coupon would not be accepted at that stage.
At the second window, I saw that I was charged the full price. When I asked about it, the manager told me that I needed to present the coupon while ordering, not when paying. This was incredibly frustrating because the staff at the first window did not mention this policy. They could have easily adjusted the price in their system, but they refused to do so.
