Way back when ya see, when America was a different place, there isn’t any way someone would deny you topping off your coffee as you left their establishment, especially ‘round breakfast time, after spending good money on a decent product while of course being polite and so on and so forth. And, it’s not because they’re foreigners who own the joint per se because the other establishment on Cantrell (also owned by orientals doesn’t do that at all and they treat me like I deserve to be treated). Now, I don’t speak the language of this particular establishment’s employees albeit, but one can sometimes get the gist of what people are saying simply on the tone of voice they’re using, even when they say what they say, or maybe it’s just the horse sense in me, or maybe not, that leads me to believe they’re being snide with their commentary amongst one another. after all, they do know English enough to take my order, and what not. But, they choose to use their chosen language or native tongue, if you will, amongst one another. You be the judge Little Rock. Though regardless, your adjudication won’t change my mind one way or another. I guarantee you that. Maybe, I’ll just complain in español or just give ‘em that ‘look’. Ya know? All in all, maybe i just wrote this to practice for my upcoming book on the destruction of our country from the killer bees STILL coming up from South America. Build a...
Read moreWe received great customer service from a woman at this location! Their donuts tasted great!! On customer service and taste review, it would be 5/5. The reason for 1 less star than 5 is the following: the cinnamon roll and cinnamon twist strangely had no cinnamon. (I would have done 4.5 if possible). They also did not sell the butterfly roll or a chocolate cake on our visit, which appear to be staples at Shipley’s. One young worker dropped a glove on the floor, picked it up, and placed it back on the counter to be used. I informed a worker who threw it away. I also asked what kind of nuts this one donut had - if they were walnuts- he replied, “I don’t know. It’s just a nut.” He then asked another worker for clarification, which . It was a learning opportunity for the young worker, which we have all needed before in life. I will definitely try this location again because the woman extended great customer service and the donuts...
Read moreWorst customer service! The girl at the counter had a terrible attitude.
She behaved as if customers were there for free food and she was doing them a favor. That was the kind of attitude she displayed.
A business should respect its customers spending money at their store.
The way she took orders and delivered them was incredibly rude and annoying. I have never had such a bad customer service experience before.
I purchased a dozen donuts from this store today and had the worst experience.
If you're the owner reading this, I strongly suggest training your staff in customer service.
The girl working at the counter on 2/16 between 11 AM and 12 PM should at least be trained in the basics of customer service—like how to take an order properly and interact...
