We've been getting hams here for Thanksgiving for the last 3 years and have always been happy with them. We reserved our hams for pickup today about a week ago, and my husband went to get them this morning. It was only then that we found out the prices for the hams had gone up significantly; they said they were bigger this year? I'm not totally sure of the reasoning behind it, but I know we definitely felt duped since we weren't told about it when we reserved them. $130 for two hams is excessive and not letting customers know beforehand was just bad business. Read moreI will never return here. The food was great, but the electronic purchase was fraud. I walked in with 2 gift cards totalling $20. My bill was $20.70. I used my VISA card for the remaining balance, then the girl had a problem with her card reader. So I found 70 cents in change for the difference and walked out. Several hours later I find a charge on my bank statement for $10.79. So, for a $20.70 purchase, I essentially paid over $30 for 2 sandwiches, chips, cookies and coke. Train your people!! 😡
