I visited Rainbow on 01/05/22. As I was attempting to return items purchased online, there were several complications due to inconsistency of information relayed between staff. I had to call corporate to resolve my issues. As my sister and I were walking out Keisha & Hannah (employees of rainbow) decided to call us âGhettoâ & âIgnorantâ. My mother was still in the store looking around and they didnât realize before saying those rude comments! Not once did neither I or my sister act rude or behave in any way to represent those terms. I went back in after my mother relayed the comments to me. I asked Kesha for her district manager phone number and information and she informed me that she (Kesha) owns rainbow and is the manager. Lol I had corporate on the phone the entire time to here the interaction. They informed me that Kesha in fact was NOT A MANAGER but simply an employee. I will never shop at rainbows on Markham ever again! They displayed unprofessionalism , lack of knowledge, and showed no RESPECT for loyal customers. If you value your money and time you wouldnât shop there at all either! Thanks Kesha and Hannah for such a HORRIBLE experience with Rainbow! Next time think...

I forgot the packing slip for the order but had the order confirmation email and the order in the app. After 15 minutes of getting everything set up for the return, she only then tells me that she would only give me in store credit. I tell her I would rather just come back later. (Not that huge of a deal but inconvenient). When I get home later, I realize that one of my items isnât with the other 2 so I immediately call the store, speak to someone who was pretty smug, put me on hold 2 different times, said she couldnât find the item but wasnât there when I was in the store earlier. I ask if she can take my info and check with the manager and staff that was there earlier, she puts me on hold again, comes back and informs me that she spoke to the manager and I got my items back. Guess Iâll call corporate on Monday....
   Read moreI went to the McCain Mall Rainbow and I saw a Overall Piece that I Wanted but I Needed To Try It On Before I Purchased It so I Asked The Employee If I Could use the dressing room and her response was No Maâam We Are Closing In 30 Mins!! So I Made a status on Facebook and 1 of my Friends Knew Ebony Luckett-Daniels was in Management In Another Rainbow (Markham) A Little Bit Further away from Me but I really wanted to at least try it on to see how the size ran before I purchased it! So Mrs. Daniels asked what happened and without a problem she fixed it to where the 2 sizes I needed was behind the counter waiting on me!!
