My daughter and I visited the store on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The service was really friendly. We ordered two slices of cookies and cream cheesecake. My six year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed hers, but I found it to be a little too firm, like it wasn't completely thawed out. I might have enjoyed it more had we waited until we got home and let it come up in temperature because it wasn't a flavorful as I was expecting it to be. I think if it weren't still so cold and firm, I would have been able to taste it better and appreciate the consistency of the cheesecake. Also, I was a little disappointed in the size of the slice for $6. For me to buy another slice, either the price would have to come down a dollar or two or the slice should be a tad bigger. But that's just me. I plan to try it again in the future and maybe go with the the cupcakes next time because it seems that would be more cost effective and I could try more than one variety. It looked delicious and it was still a fun outing for my daughter and I.

Edited to add: We returned a few weeks after our first visit to give it another shot. We ordered the cheesecake cupcakes so we could try several flavors. Instead of eating them in the store, we took them home. By the time we got home the cupcakes were close to room temperature. I came to the conclusion that this place just isn't for me. The service was great both times and the presentation was beautiful, but the flavor didn't do anything for me. I did like the key lime flavor, but not enough to buy it again. I think...

In a single word: DELICIOUS! Cheesecake on Point! held a Valentine's Day contest for the month of February and I ended up being 1 of 2 winners. I've never had a cheesecake cupcake before and now, I can't imagine life without them. Dessert shop is located in a shopping center off of W. Markham Street. Ample parking available. Interior is warm and inviting with a total of 3 tables and bar type seating against the far wall. Besides the delicious treats, the employees were some of the nicest, most friendliest around. All smiles, very helpful, and all around kind. We were warmly greeted upon entering and exiting the shop. Now onto the cheesecake itself......one of the best tasting cheesecakes I've ever had!
