To be honest I'd have given them a 4 if it weren't for the laxed take on late night. I went there for a shake, mind you I myself was still at work and hadn't eaten all day. The response no shakes bro only slushes at this time of night (around 11-11:30 p.m. give or take). That kinda threw me off but no biggie so I decided hastly on the 5 piece wing combo, my reply we have boneless wings only and those will be a wait but we're out of bone in wings for the night. By this point I was unsure what to order all together I don't eat Rally's or fast food really all too often but when I do it's nice to be able to order freely and truly enjoy the venues experience. Lastly came the shake request to which sure enough no shakes, only slushes by that point. Now to be fair this was a manager which really kinda put me off coming from someone in that roll, but the guy was very mellow not hostile in his thwarts against anything more than what was barely required to be done. He even stopped to print me a receipt cause I hadn't realized I'd received my order loaded fries and a mango slush. The fries and slush were great, not really sure if they could've messed that up even if they wanted to. But honestly I understand it's 11 at night they wanna go home, trust me as do I, but if my responsibilities requires I suck it up and get the job done and correctly. Then I have no choice but to do so, only way to get somewhere in life is to get up and do it right??? When a person comes through drive thru they late and still gotta fork out almost 10 for some fries and a slush 2 things I didn't even want but was allowed to have because that's what he was willing to make me. Read moreI stopped by this afternoon I got in the first line because the other line had more cars There was only one car ahead of me. Someone on the order asked "How may I help you" I thought that sounded weird. I ordered the Glorilla special for $4.00. i asked for a Mr. Pibb soda to be included in my order. A female voice said ok pull on up. I waited for a good 20minutes for the car ahead of me to get their order. When i saw her give him the container with the four sodas, i sighed thank you Jesus I'm next. A young lady beckoned for me to pull up and i did She said you ordering something. I said i order already. She turned around and said something to another employee. All of the sudden she says 'Sir you can't order in this line. Now I've been waiting for almost thirty minutes. I said what! She then beckoned the car behind me to pull up. I'm sorry sir but she has only been here for three days. I found them to be the most ignorant, uncaring bunch of folks I have ever seen. They're lazy and uncaring. Why not block that lane with a cone. No one would get in that lane that way I plan to never buy there again and i will tell everyone that I know about those females working there. Whoever owns this franchise has better intervene and give them a in line surprised visit. Just awful...
Read moreI made the mistake of placing an online mobile order to this store. My order should have been ready at 8pm, but it is now 8 The young lady working on 7/925 at 8:00pm is completing every order after mine. I have a simple order and I was here 10 minutes before 8pm watching the male smoke a cigarette while customers were at the window. I have done nothing to this woman, but she suggested that I use the delivery lane without me having a passenger. She is crossing that same lane to bring other orders, but she never brought my order and rolled her eyes when I came to the window 30 minutes later. She said that I had to wait because the line takes precedence after SHE TOLD ME to get out of the line.
I have one small wad of fries in a medium sized box. Th? I was told to pull to the window for double passenger for no reason. I had to come out of my belt and climb through the window to get my hard food.
To the person making food…having a high temperature on grease doesn't reduce your cooking time. You're just going to burn the outside and the inside will be undercooked. Low-High/high-med is the ONLY way...
