I placed a mobile order expecting to pick it up through the drive-through, as that seemed like an option in the app. After waiting about 10 minutes in the drive-through line with no other customers around, the employee at the window told me my order was for the "portal" and that it wasn’t ready yet. She said she couldn’t give it to me through the window, so I had to go inside. As I entered the store, I saw an employee coming from the back carrying my order. She placed it somewhere—I assume it was the portal. I went to the counter, gave my name, and was told, “It’s in the portal.” I asked what that meant since I’d never used it before. She said I needed a code. When I asked where to get the code, she shrugged and just repeated that I needed one. No explanation, no help—just a blank stare. I explained that I didn’t have a code and didn’t know how to get one. Still, no assistance. I then asked about the drink and sauces I ordered. She told me I had to retrieve the pizza first before she could get the rest. After talking to another worker, she finally took my pizza out of the portal and handed it to me, then grabbed my drink and one sauce. When I asked about the second sauce I had ordered, she rolled her eyes, checked the ticket, and reluctantly gave me the missing item. There were no other customers in the store or the drive-through the entire time, yet the staff acted indifferent and unhelpful throughout the process. The lack of communication and poor attitude left me extremely frustrated. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ordering from Little Caesar’s again—especially at...
Read moreI went to the drive thru and ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I was told it was $7 and change. There was a truck in front of me and when I got to the window, I gave my card and they handed me the pizza. Something told me to look at it and it wasn’t thin crust. I told the lady I ordered a thin crust pizza. She took it back and she told the other lady. They put the pizza back on the shelf for the hot and ready knowing I had opened it. So they basically served it to someone else. The lady tells me she was going to have to give me a refund and I didn’t understand but just said ok. She then goes to charge my card and tells me it wouldn’t go though. I asked why and they couldn’t tell me. They then gave me 2 receipts saying one was for the refund of the other pizza. I said I didn’t order another pizza. I only ordered a thin crust in the drive thru. Well they charged my card for a regular hot n ready that I didn’t order and then refunded the money. When they tried to use my card to pay for the thin crust pizza that I ordered they couldn’t get the card to go thru. At that point I had been in the drive thru for about 20 minutes so I told them to cancel the order because it didn’t make sense. They need to train employees better because you are...
Read moreVERY POOR customer service! Went to the location for 3 pizzas had to pull around and had wait ten minutes. Then when I finally made it home two of my pizzas were burnt and they were the wrong type of pizza. Then I called and spoke with the so called manager by the name of NATASHA who told me basically it was my fault because I should've checked it before I left!!! By this time it's 10:10 and they closed at 10:00. I left at 9:40. She told me I would have to keep the pizza until the morning because they already cut the ovens off and the registers were closed. I worked in retail for 10 years and it ain't no way I would've told a customer to wait. When it was our screw up. She didnt know if I had a car or more money to by more food! But she did know I had kids to feed because I told her. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a place of business. I would never go back to that...
