Sharks Fish & chicken — Restaurant in Little Rock

All of my food was OVER COOKED ! & OVER PRICED !! The cat fish was thin& rubbery...I don't even think it was cat fish! fries& hush puppies were Basically burnt to a crisp & When I asked questions about other items they just charged me for them as well when I didn't ask! This was a horrible experience @ shark's on geyer springs rd . & they know that their services are horrible! Because they have a hand written sign on the drive through that states "No EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS " the customer service was terrible I also purchased the chicken & it was ok. Everything else was not edible! $20 Completely Wasted... & you can't even complain & ask for a refund! Hence the hand written notes on the...

I have to give it 2 stars because the food is good. It is expensive for what you get and the staff are terrible. I am very friendly even when you aren't but they could not seem to want to be there less then they do. I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months and have yet to write a review because I was hoping the attitude of the staff was a fluke and that previous occasions were just a bad day for them. However having gone there 3 times and had the same experience I can honestly say that the management needs to do something about it. That area of town is highly populated and needs this kind of establishment I would hate...

They gave me burnt chicken. When I got home and saw that it was burnt, I took it back. When I got back to the restaurant and told them that my chicken was burnt, they asked if I had the 10 pc. That let me know that they knew it was burnt when they gave it to me. I had also bought a wing dinner. The wings were so small that my 1-yr-old grandson wouldn't have gotten full off of them! They returned my money for the burnt chicken, but said that they couldn't refund the wings b/c that's the size they came in. They could have gone to Kroger (which is right behind them) and gotten...
