Extremely rude service.
I came around lunch time, so a busy time which I understand, not a problem at all for me to wait.
I had a mobile order so I arrived and tried to enter the number of the bay I was in and it didn’t work. Tried multiple times and it didn’t work, not a problem I understand the system malfunctions.
So I waked up to the building and waited for help from an employee. Again I do not mind waiting as I understand it’s busy. Eventually this lady that worked there saw me and asked why I was up there and I just explained the issue, “I have a mobile order, tried to check in, but the app is saying the bay is not available, and here is my name.”
She goes in this annoyed tone “you should’ve tried all the numbers surrounding it” and just walked away with nothing else, as I understand because it was busy and no one wants to deal with a customer with technical problems then.
So I try the numbers surrounding it as she told me to do, and none of them were working. So I just kept going down the list of numbers of each bay to test if it worked until I got one to work. But the number of the bay was not near my vehicle, so I waited near the building still.
Eventually she comes out again a few times and when she had a second I let her know “hey I did this bay here just as a heads up for no confusion.” Then this same lady goes “why would you do that, that was a bad idea because that car is right there now… you shouldn’t have done that because now you can’t do anything” all in this extremely rude and unprofessional tone. And then without letting me explain she just walked back inside so I waited again.
And then after a few minutes later she comes out to go to a different car but then in this same rude tone goes “you’re just going to have to wait here and hope someone brings your order out,” which then she started to say as if she wanted to yell at me.
Then I waited and another waitress brought my order out and I collected it.
This is by far one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had and a complete shame that I made an order to this restaurant and was told “you’re just going to have to hope they even bring it out.”
An absolute shame as I enjoy sonic, but now considering no longer being a customer at this...
Read moreI’ve never experienced issues when ordering throughout the day so I need help with the night shift.
First, does this location close at 11pm? If not, please consider updating the hours for customers.
Second, does this location only take in app orders after 10:30pm? If so, why does the app advise this location is not taking orders?
If my understanding is incorrect, please correct me if I’m wrong.
I didn’t complain my first visit bc I wanted to give Trayvon a second time to turn my experience around. However, tonight, my experience was the same.
My issue is, if the website says this location is open until 11pm, why are the lights off when customers pull in? Why am I unable to place an order at the stall?
Tonight I watched several customers drive off bc Trayvon said this location only takes mobile orders after 10:30pm and to order in the app but it was turned off and we were unable to order.
I’m irritated!
My daughter works across the street so there are times I’ll stop by on the way to get her when this location is open after 9pm.
I’ll leave early and go to David’s burgers to avoid...
Read moreI was at this location this afternoon during rush hour..I was parked in front of the door..I WATCHED THE CAR HOP DRINK FROM A CUP (because it was too full to put the lid on) THEN LICKED THE RIM AND SIDE OF THE CUP THEN PUT THE TOP ON! She walked out and haded it to the person 3 cars down. I was parked too close to the speaker that i couldn't open my door in time to run tell the customer what i just saw with my own 2 eyes!!! Her name is Peyton,tall white female ,red hair in a bun in top of her head..It made me SICK to my stomach! And she so happen to bring me my order, I asked her to send the manager out. I told him exactly what I saw.. He said I'll take care of it,thanks. I said what's corporate # because this is NOT ok.He said I'm the owner so if u call corporate you'll be talking to me,he said I'll check it out n run the tapes. I said PLEASE DO!
