Five stars! My wife and I went looking for a box spring for our mattress. We were immediately impressed when we walked in and saw they had a table by the door with face masks, hand sanitizer, and even gloves. The lady with whom we spoke was very nice, had a mask on correctly and kept a respectful distance. She asked us how we were doing and what we were looking for. I told her we what we were looking for and the mattress we had. She very quickly recommended a box spring that matched the mattress we had and wouldn’t void our warranty and asked the person she was working with if it was in stock. He told us we could go to their warehouse in NLR and pick up or they would be happy to set up delivery. As it was Labor Day weekend, he advised they were booked for most of the weekend. We elected to pick it up. We paid for it and he gave us the address. As I was paying for it, my wife noticed the foster care pamphlet and pointed it out to me, which I thought was fantastic. Across town we went to the warehouse. We picked it up with the help of the guys in the warehouse, who were very professional and even gave us some rope when my ratchet straps weren’t quite long enough. All in all an amazingly pleasant shopping experience and when we need a new mattress and/or box spring, we will definitely not shop...

Mark (my fiance') and I went to Mattress Firm to see what options were available with our many complex sleeping concerns and Bill (rep) comfidently answered every question. He provided many options from high-end to clearance, showed mattresses from firm to medium to soft and also those with different variety of cooling ability. I MEAN OPTIONS. Bill was great 👍🏽. He is extremely knowledgeable & informative, professional yet friendly, and was even stayed a little closing to answer questions abt a completely different purchase I made about 3 years ago.

Let's just say Mark & I walked out with everything but bedding. I mean mattresses, adjustable frame with USB port, pillows, and mattress protector. And I won't even be disrespectful about the price ... let's just say Bill did phenomenal on letting us know about the sales, where there were better values, amd discounts, etc. I will mention, it wasn't as pocket-wrenching as I would have thought FOR ALL PURPLE EVERYTHING!!!

Thank God for Bill being our sales rep amd not a money hungry minion.

Update 1/15/25 !

Since purchasing my mattress from J who I still feel like was amazing and I was told he travels to different places so he’s not there full time upsets me a lot . With that being said I purchased my mattress and it came free with a base .. the base didn’t work . I called and spoke to Austin who told me I would have a new one delivered Thursday 1/16/25 .. get a call 1/15/24 after moving my schedule around to be told no we aren’t and you need to call customer care.

They didn’t deliver the first time which I understand a snow storm , but they didn’t call me to tell me I called them. When picking up they made it difficult to after I had spoken to 3 different people and they were not at communicating with each other efficiently. Making it stressful .

J was phenomenal !! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted out of my next mattress and my budget! He listened and remembered details / was knowledgeable about the inventory which is super important when purchasing a mattress that you will have for a while. I can’t wait to have my mattress...
