well let me start by saying i've had better service there just nit today. i called the store and the a lady answered the phone she started to tell me to hold after i wanted to call in my order. so then she said i have a very long line so i wouldnt want ot place you on hold because it would take forever before i could get back to the phone.so she said can you place your order online i said yes and thats what i did i spent a great amount of money because thats kinda what i do when i spend money on food, so my online order was completed at 1:33 so automatic a message would indicate that it'll take 15 minutes after the order has been placed. so i sent my husband uo there at 2:15 and to my surprise no food had been in the making for my order that i placed. my husband called and told me that their was only one lady and she looked very exausted but there were no other customers in the lobby and that he felt sorry for her that he just wanted to go back there and help her. they had no cookies i ordered 24 c.chip and 3 twelve inch sandwhiches.wow still he is waiting because he has not made it home.we dont live that far from the store. im just saying they really need to get more help for thse employees for the weekend,im not upset but i just dont understand the process of it all i had to endure whn i was told to place my order online and i still had no results when i gave so much time to pick my order up. so now he is waiting the car while she is preparing the food. put all in all i will still do business with this place because like i stated before i've really had any issue with this subway in awhile. sorry i talk so much i'm trying to...
Read moreOn Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, I went to this subway around lunch time wanting to order a sandwich. I walked up to the front and although everything was clean, orderly, and looked presentable, I was met with the most miserable and dull human being I have ever encountered in a fast-food establishment. I am someone who actually has worked at a Subway, and the behavior from this "Sandwich artist" was cold. He stalled as I waited for 45 seconds for him to even acknowledge I was standing there with only one other person behind me. When he finally took my order, I asked for tuna and he bluntly said that we they were all out. He has a disgusting attitude and an unpleasant demeanor That is fine but, he could have said it in a more polite tone. Instead, I got the veggie sandwich and he quietly slammed all of the vegetables onto my sandwich. He treated it like trash and threw it in the toaster. I did not remember to ask for a name but, it is pretty easy to know his identity because all of the cosmetic face tattoos he has plastered all over his face.
All in all, I will never return to this location. I think, as a paying customer, I want a decent-ish experience at least. Thankfully, there are numerous other locations to order from. I just want this individual to know that his job would probably be easier if he had a better attitude. He would receive a better attitude from customers....
Read moreI wish I could give this store a zero review. Me and my wife came in on Wednesday 10/30/24 around 10:17 pm to order our subs. The store isn’t set to close til 11 pm. One female worker was mopping the flow became upset when we can in the door. We had no choice but, to walk on the floor. We apologized. We had no other way to walk.The other female was behind the register was upset cause we were about to order. Then a male came rushes out the back with a bonnet on stating that they were close and their system was down. I was like “ Come on sir yall don’t close to til 11 pm. He then stated that they were close now. He told me that he wasn’t servicing me and to look at the bread. He then begin to start saying smart comments up under his breath. He said something about my wife under his breath that I couldn’t understand. I told them I would report them to corporate. He also stated he didn’t care about corporate and to call corporate.
