The fact that it was so close to the hospital was great. The room and service, on the otherhand, left me disappointed. 1. The phone in the room did not work, when I called the front desk (using my cell phone) and told them, there was no apology, nor any offer to have it replaced/fixed. 2. The tub did not drain well, so unless you like to stand in a puddle of backed up shower water - I wouldn't recommend that room. 3. There was mold around the bottom of the outside of the tub, along the silicone sealant around the inside of the tub, and at the ceiling near the shower. It appears attempts were made to cover up the mold by applying layers of silicone sealant over it, but the mold was seeping through. There was shampoo on the side of the tub, not sure they even cleaned the tub....4. The fresh fruit was actually good at the breakfast bar, but if your hungry, go somewhere else - typical hotel breakfast food - unimpressive. 5. It states room service, but the 'room service' menu is so unimpressive, I think it was intended to dissuade everyone from ordering room service (it might cause extra work for them)...... The burger at the bar was good. 6. Service from the guys at the front desk was subpar. I waited an eternity while one guy waited on one gentleman with the assistance of another staffer, and the other guy chit-chatted with a lady, then when it was my turn, it was such a cold transaction, with no info about my stay at the hotel. I had to ask for my breakfast voucher, then he assumed it was just me, so he only put 1 guest on the voucher (even though I have a 2 bed room)- I didn't notice this until I got to the room, so I had to walk all the way back to the desk to tell him there are two of us.

Never again in my life. Moved to three different rooms. All three were dirty and/or had a smell and/or something not working. The front was accommodating but we got tired of moving. We were told that a walk through was done of the 3rd room for us. Went in , smelled like they had spreyed it. Returned fo second room to now find the same smell instead of the chemical smell from before so they must have a coverup smell in the vents. The third room was not properly cleaned. We found food on the floor and in the crevices of corners, hairs on the toilet top and in the shower and sink. The carpet didn’t not look like a vacuum had been even passed over it. The body wash in the shower must not get checked or refilled. I get that toilet tissue is typically left and folded but it wa already almost completely gone. Disgusting. We got an adjoining room which as ladies - we hated ! But this was supposedly an “upgrade” for us. The A:C unit in this room sounded like the engine of a plane as it takes off the runway. Loud and mistimed. It took several minutes to kick in when turned on and took minutes to turn off when switched over. The hallways are not as lit as one would want for safety reasons nor are the stairs. The space between the bed and the wall is laughable. If you are a group of heavier set people sharing a bed, it won’t work because getting into the side of bed would require rolling from the other side. I appreciated the personality of Gary and the breakfast cook. They were the only bright things about this outdated hotel.

We are diamond elite at IHG so we rarely stay anywhere else however, my husband received a promotion and while taking a 14-hour road trip to purchase a new house I seen the four points and loved the pool! The bump in the road was the fact that I had called for several days different times of the day and never once had anyone answered the phone. I ended up having to call customer service. Upon arrival everything seemed okay with the exception of blood on our sheets and empty hand soap, body wash and shampoo bottles that were never replenished even after requesting at the front desk several days and even asking the cleaning ladies personally. The main issue came the second night of our stay. I was in the pool by myself which is inside the closed in courtyard. Upon exiting the pool I did a quick glance and no one was around so I exited the locked gate. Immediately upon exiting someone's dog tried to attack me, no humans around and the lady was on the other side of the courtyard. She did not attempt to get her dog or even apologize or see if I was okay. While trying to escape the dog I cut my hand, smashed my foot and leg in the gate. I went directly to the front desk after trying to call several times with no answers. The guy was sitting there playing on his phone while the phone was still ringing. I told him what happened and he called security who came and took pictures of the injuries and they tried to figure out who was in the room. Later he found us and notified us that he did check the cameras as I requested and unfortunately they do not work but assured me they are ordering new ones. Supposedly the lady did not have an animal registered and they said the manager told them to kick her out. They gave me a trash bag to put ice in and told me the manager would be in contact to see what they could do and would update me the next day. That never happened! I went to the front desk several times not only did I not receive an update but no manager ever checked on me, asked about the situation or was even available. The only update I received was the night before I left from the front desk guy which was that no one answered the door when they knocked and he doesn't know what happened after that. ||Not only was I sadly disappointed with the stay, I was disappointed that after an incident like that happened management seemed to have no time or care about the situation. Not only did I have to spend the rest of the stay limping but I'm now at home with an infected toe and a huge bruise on my leg. Instantly regretted this stay and management should...
