We are diamond elite at IHG so we rarely stay anywhere else however, my husband received a promotion and while taking a 14-hour road trip to purchase a new house I seen the four points and loved the pool! The bump in the road was the fact that I had called for several days different times of the day and never once had anyone answered the phone. I ended up having to call customer service. Upon arrival everything seemed okay with the exception of blood on our sheets and empty hand soap, body wash and shampoo bottles that were never replenished even after requesting at the front desk several days and even asking the cleaning ladies personally. The main issue came the second night of our stay. I was in the pool by myself which is inside the closed in courtyard. Upon exiting the pool I did a quick glance and no one was around so I exited the locked gate. Immediately upon exiting someone's dog tried to attack me, no humans around and the lady was on the other side of the courtyard. She did not attempt to get her dog or even apologize or see if I was okay. While trying to escape the dog I cut my hand, smashed my foot and leg in the gate. I went directly to the front desk after trying to call several times with no answers. The guy was sitting there playing on his phone while the phone was still ringing. I told him what happened and he called security who came and took pictures of the injuries and they tried to figure out who was in the room. Later he found us and notified us that he did check the cameras as I requested and unfortunately they do not work but assured me they are ordering new ones. Supposedly the lady did not have an animal registered and they said the manager told them to kick her out. They gave me a trash bag to put ice in and told me the manager would be in contact to see what they could do and would update me the next day. That never happened! I went to the front desk several times not only did I not receive an update but no manager ever checked on me, asked about the situation or was even available. The only update I received was the night before I left from the front desk guy which was that no one answered the door when they knocked and he doesn't know what happened after that. ||Not only was I sadly disappointed with the stay, I was disappointed that after an incident like that happened management seemed to have no time or care about the situation. Not only did I have to spend the rest of the stay limping but I'm now at home with an infected toe and a huge bruise on my leg. Instantly regretted this stay and management should...
