Good selection of clothing and accessories though over priced as compared to same product on-line. That being said, you take the real risk of getting not the color/size you ordered when going the on-line round. Store is located in not the best area of the city but the shop itself is okay. Employees are helpful but have to agree with other reviewer that they can be overbearing at the checkout trying to push other items to purchase. Gives the impression they are commission based. This alone took two stars off the review as its prevalent every time I've shopped there. [Note to staff: If your prices were a bit more reasonable, folks might purchase more]. There was a big/tall store (Paul Bunyan's) open for years in west Little Rock that was top notch. This store falls short of them in a lot of ways. Went in to get a new pair of dress shoes. I looked on their website first and found 2 or 3 pairs to look at and checked the price and they were ok compared to other websites. I went to the store and the ones i picked were very tight in the width area so the girl suggested another. I asked the price and she said $68.00. Without looking them up i said ok. I bought the shoes and came back to my office and looked up the price. Amazon had the same exact shoe for $39.99. I called back to tell their customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. A $28.00 dollar difference. I told them that was my first and last visit to their store. Poor customer service. Beware...

I have looking for a big and tall store have looking at the website of DXL this store is the closest one to me driving thru little rock the website said open until 7:00 pm I got there at 5:45 and they was closed with sign on door saying closed at 5:00 they need update there website if I had made a special trip I would have been mad about it .
