I ordered two subs and purchased them with the combo deal. I asked, after already completing the sub, to have avocado added to one half othe side just to try it. The lady at the register(mid 40's) said "I did not charge you for the avocado topping" and I responded "I'm sorry I wasn't aware that certain toppings are an additional cost". She responded "Can't you read the board above"(and signaled up at the sign). I responded "then nevermind because we already paid I'm sorry" the young lady making the sandwhich said "oh I already added it". The cashier looks at me and says that will be $0.83, so I asked for it to be removed because I did not have any extra change on me physically. The cashier boldly said "No" and stood there with the sandwhich. I have never been so embarrased in my life. Not only did she make a scene in front of other guest, but her remark about me reading the board was especially painful because my vision in one eye isrequiring surgery. So essentially, I am not able to read the board accurately. Once she refused to remove the avocado off that one sandwhich and refused to give it to me, I asked her should I just switch this one for another sandwhich. She again proclaimed that she was waiting for the 83 cents. Another patron, gave her the dollar once he witnessed what was happening. I did NOT receive the sub until she gave the patron his change. I eat at various Subway locations weekly, I will not be back to this location, nor will I forget how belittled I feel. Needless to say, I ended up not finishing the sub due to an uneasy stomach...
Read moreI've gone to various Subways for years and this one's pretty much the same. But I have noticed that their veggies as of late don't look too good. Like the bell peppers and cucumbers aren't very green and the lettuce is a bit off color too. Not always, just sometimes. And the staff can sometimes be cheap with napkins, like you get exactly 2 every time. I guess my main complaint is that Subway used to be cheaper than all other sandwich places and that was the main thing they had going for them. Now they're about the same in prices and most of their competition makes better sandwiches. No more 5 dollar footlongs. Now it's 6...
Read moreWaited in line for twenty minutes as the first person in line. Three separate people came in behind me with mobile orders and were all asked what they needed and helped before me. The lady made their sandwiches in front of them and let them all skip on front of me. If you're placing a mobile order, this is a great place to just skip the lines. If you're coming with cash around lunch time I would avoid this place as wait time can be 20 minutes, even if you're...
