Lots to choose from on the menu. Plan to come back and try some of the Heaux Cakes. This time i ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of crispy potatoes. The biscuits and gravy were great. The flavor was fantastic and the biscuit was huge. The crispy potatoes were definitely not crispy. I was very disappointed in them. I don't know if they misunderstood my order and gave me the smothered potatoes instead or maybe their definition of crispy is different than mine. Regardless, i plan on returning to try some of the interesting items they have on their menu. I will also recommend this food truck to my friends, just won't recommend the crispy potatoes.

Ordered the Salmon Croquettes meal $13.00, the Croquettes was the size of small pattie sausages, not nearly worth the price in my opinion. Had a couple of wings on the side and a cinnamon rollā€¦ā€¦.both was great. I guess being Iā€™m from south Florida, born a raisedā€¦. I expected totally different for the Salmon Croquettes. Just was trying to support local business since Iā€™m a truck driver in the area. Will try again, just not the salmon croquettes lol!!

And yall know I LOVE good food and I love a local business and a black owned business.

Please please PLEASE go to Southern Heaux - Food Truck and get you some breakfast!

They catered a party to today and it was luscious!!!

I will Def be sliding through for some breakfast soon because I hear they have salmon croquettes, one of my absolute favorite meals!

Today, I had waffles, chicken wings, bacon, and eggs and it was all ELITE. The shrimp and grits looked amazing but at the risk of my Southern card being revoked, I don't like grits. Almost looked good enough for me to forget I don't mess with grits though!!

For real though, the food was everything and the owner and her two girls were sweet, the customer service was servicing, the vibes were immaculate, it was the real deal.

Yall go get...
