I understand this is a new location, but this has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last evening (1/5/18), I ordered a cheese pizza and bread sticks at 5:13pm while on my way home from work. I was told that my order would arrive in 30-45 minuets. My order wasnât delivered until 6:54pm. I live approximately two blocks from this location. I had called in around 6:15pm and was told that the order was on its way. I told the gentleman on the phone that I only lived 2 blocks away and that I was concerned that my order had been on its way for more than an hour , at which point he changed his story and told me that my order had not left the store and would be to me shortly.... when the delivery person arrived. I had explained what had happened and stated that I would not be paying for a pizza and bread sticks that I ordered nearly 2 hours earlier. The delivery person left with the pizza and bread sticks. The next night 1/6/18, my wife jokingly asked if I wanted to order dominos again. She read the dominos app works best, so we decided to try again. After ordering, my wife realized we only had a $50 bill. She called into the store and stated she had ordered through the app, but was concerned about the amount of change the driver may have. The employee stated they normally wouldnât have change for that amount, but would make sure the driver had the change. My wife stated she could pay over the phone, but the employee stated it was fine and they would make sure the driver had the change. Driver shows up, I hand him the money and driver stated he only has $14 in change. We shouldâve received $28 in change. Once again, driver left with pizza. I then called into the store we ordered from and spoke to Todd ( a manager at that location ). I explained what had just happened and what had happened the night before. There was no mention of making it right. He simply apologized and there was dead air on the phone. I explained that I would not be ordering from Dominos again and said good bye. I feel as though there could have been several different ways/common sense ways in which Dominos could have handled this situation to make a positive ending. Two nights in a row I ordered a pizza from the Littlestown location and 2 nights in a row I watched the delivery person walk away from my house with my pizza. There was no phone call from anyone at the store to ask why......worst customer service...

Pan cheese pizza, thin crust pepperoni, breadsticks, and wings. Husband arrived and paid at 5:15. Was told at 515 they were waiting on the pan cheese to come out. At 530 the lady who took my money checked on my order again and said they were still waiting on the pan cheese (everything else had been ready since 5:15). At 545, my husband started asking when the pan cheese would be ready and recieved no answers. Another worker decided to tear a label off of another pan cheese to give to us. By this time the rest of our food had been sitting at least half an hour. When speaking to the manager he told my husband they were on an hour wait, my husband pointed out the order was placed at 438 and it was pushing 6pm and that all the other food had been sitting since he walked in at 530. He was told by the manager that there was nothing that could be done (no apology, no peace offering, no partial refund, no fresh made order). I think this is ridiculous. When the order was placed at 438 for a 530 pick up and all other items were ready except a pan cheese, to charge full price, offer no partial refund or future discount, and to not even offer to remake the food as it had been sitting at least 30-45 minutes is completely ridiculous. I've years experience working in food service as a server and no restaurant I have ever worked at (or dined at) has offered such poor service when they were 100% absolutely in the wrong. The manager/ owner at this dominos is a poor example of what a manager/ owner should be. We are a small town but there's a pizza hut and three other locally owned pizza places (even more within a 15 minute drive). This dominos may have a bleak future if they don't get their...
   Read moreAh Come On!!!! I ordered on line to simplify things for my husband. He's taking care of me after I've had surgery on my foot and can't walk for 12 weeks. He went to the trouble to pick it up for me so I could have it right away. All you had to do was reach in your refrigerator and pull out a pre made Chicken Apple Pecan salad and hand it to my husband. He even stopped at the store just to buy a specific dressing that I like, which you don't carry. So he got back home and heated up the chicken, set up the salad and brought it to me. Then he said, "I thought you wanted the one with apples..." I told him I did, as I stirred around the salad looking for the apples. Then we looked closer at the plastic cover, and read Cesar Salad! So I had to call to tell the clerk about it. She offered to deliver it. But then said there would be a charge for that. So my husband had to go back out in the cold rain/sleet and exchange the salads. For an over $6 salad I think we did all the work.
