I have pleasantly dined on the Atlantic Cod here for several years, and decided to try curbside today. What a DISASTER!! Each piece of fish is mushy on one side & soaked in oil, and the broccoli portion is miserably small (I have pictures of these items) - I wouldn't feed this to my pets! When I called the store, I was told to wait while the phone was merely put down so I could hear all of the background noises, and I waited for 3 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager, and a quite young sounding girl named Mariah told me she is in charge - I explained what happened and she told me I needed to bring the food back to the store. WHAT??? I did curbside for a reason! I asked when the manager will be in and was told a vague "sometime tomorow morning, just in the morning", and her name is Tammy. This trash heap of food is NOT WORTH THE $18 I PAID FOR IT! I was told I had to drive back to the store with my receipt and the food (I offered to take a picture of it in my trash can) if I want this made right. My solution is to dispute the charge on my card and NEVER go there again - and I will happily spread the word. Shame on you for touting Mdwestern values...poor customer...
Read moreWent to Culver’s for the first time. Asked for ketchup after waiting 15 minutes for food we ordered at the drive thru. The employee “Kiara” handed me the food and said “well did your ASK for ketchup?” like we inconvenienced her. She made no offer to get us ketchup and walked away. So I returned to the drive thru, which I should not have had to do, and asked Kiara for ketchup. She handed me some ketchup and said in the most rude sarcastic voice, “have a blessed dayyyyy!” I asked for her name and she proudly pointed to her name tag, clearly not caring. I asked to speak to the manager, and she laughed and said, “well, I AM the manager!” I said I will call corporate then and she laughed again and rudely with joy responded, “I don’t work for corporate!” I drove off and she leaned all the way out the window and yelled at the top of her lungs “BYYYYE!!!” with a dismissive “NEEEEXXXXXXXT!!” Absolutely appalling experience and I will never go back again. Read moreI went here yesterday to get a chicken basket. Waited in the Drive-Thru got the wrong food handed to me went in and asked if I could get my sandwich. Immediately their first response was we're not helping you you can leave I wasn't being rude I did say can I get my sandwich pretty loud because nobody was acknowledging I was standing at the counter. When they recooked my food it was so overdone. I couldn't even eat it. I called back today to ask for the manager's name on duty. Just to get told that I need to go get help and I need to go see a psych ward. And a whole bunch of other BS that doesn't need to be even said to a customer when the consumer was wrong. Didn't even apologize for handing me the wrong sandwich. I said I will need the manager's name for when the owner calls me they told me that the owner is out of the country and that I don't know what I'm talking about. I spoke to HR someone is supposed to be contacting me back we'll see. After this experience I will never go to Culver's again.
