I came into this location today and ordered what I always do at my neighborhood Starbucks. An iced grande Americano with soy. I waited quite some time to get it, while there were probably 5 people behind the counter chatting and hanging out. When my drink was finally ready, I was surprised when my drink was hot on the bottom with a bunch of melted ice in the top. I asked for a separate cup of ice to make up for it so it would be cold, I poured it into the new cup with ice. This was the worst Americano I’ve ever had. I mean I couldn’t even sip it and stomach it. So then they gave me a $4 voucher. I got a Dragon Fruit Refresher, which I paid with the voucher + my own money for what that voucher didn’t cover. I tipped about ~$1 both times I ordered. The refresher was mostly water. I don’t get this all the time, but have gotten it enough to know what it should look/taste like. How can Starbucks charge $5+ for a drink that is mostly ice and water? I typically love Starbucks and am a frequent visitor to the one near my home — but this location off of Dry Creek and Broadway in Denver will try to make your drink with as little ingredients as possible, and not even make it correctly. Won’t be coming back to this one.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I live down the road from here so almost every work day I put in my mobile order and head over to pick it up. It is always ready on time. They make it a point to know and say my name when they greet me and my 6 year old. I haven’t always been a fan of Starbucks, but this one in particular has turned it all around for me! I could not be more thankful to have this group of people greet me each AM! These pics are actually at a different location, but we were taking a pic of the post it board that they made like the one at this location. Just another thing that made our day!

Normally, the service is slow but decent. The staff is usually friendly. Today, they were rude, got my drink wrong twice and then when they finally did get it right, the drink was 1/4 drink and 3/4 foam. See the pictures below- after the foam subsided. I haven't even had a sip yet. I asked if there was even anything in it and she just walked away. Disappointing. Won't be back to this location. Staff needs training badly.

I hadn't been to Starbucks in awhile, since it started to become more of a coffee-flavored ice cream float store. I was reminded why I abandoned it. I waited more than 20 mins for a simple, though fantastically-expensive black coffee, and ultimately, because it never arrived, had to go back up to the counter to demand it be poured and handed to me directly. The environment was cacophonous, with a lot of banging, clanging, and names being shouted by the baristas, who seemed stressed, impatient, and overworked. Drinks were coming out in seemingly random order, with some members of parties getting their drinks immediately, and others having to wait, often ten minutes or more. The baristas appeared to be making a lot of mistakes, so there was a queue of people waiting to have their drinks fixed. It was difficult to relax among the crowded tables. Mine was jammed up against a trash can, and the flies and smell soon became overwhelming. The coffee itself was kind of mediocre....over-roasted, astringent, and tinged with the bitter aftertaste of breakdown products of beans that have been stored in the open too long after roasting, or of coffee that has been sitting too long on a hot plate. I can brew better with nice beans and a French press at home. I am not sure it is worth the time to return to use what is left on...

Update: It's been months since opening and the WiFi here is useless. You can NOT get anything done at all. If things change I will change my rating, but as of now, one star because there's no excuse for not having wifi faster than my old 56k modem from the 90s.

Comment on the drive through complainers, if you see a long line walk into the store. It's obvious there are too many lazy people. 10 cars = ling wait. Order inside, there is no line.

Brand new 'bucks with new curved seating. The seats aren't as comfortable as the old soft cushion ones, but better than the flat hard seats at most of the locations these days. The staff here is new so be easy on them. You probably know more about your drink and coffee than they do.

The store has a big internet issue. Not sure what the issue is, but my phone is faster than connecting to their wifi. The store should open a support ticket with corp to have them resolve the issue. This isn't a one time thing, I had the same...
