Awesome experience, the bartenders are all super friendly and great at suggesting beers for people. I got a flight so I'll leave notes about the 6 beers I tried! Black pearl tasty, not too dark. I'm not usually a fan of porters and I thought this was nice and I could taste a lot of layers of malty, chocolaty flavors that worked together great. Sister Christian very fruity but not overly sweet. The slight bitterness makes a nice balanced taste. Not hazy at all, great choice for people who like fruit heavy beers without the haze. Loggerhead VERY light, maybe I should've started with this one because by the time I got to it, it almost tasted watery but might be nice if you're looking to hang out and throw a few back 5th season well balanced, nice and hoppy but not overly bitter. Might be a nice beer for people who want to try a hoppier beer without being overwhelmed 6 finger very fruity, still nice and hoppy but very bright and fruity, the brightness was almost surprising. Lilly hammer, a clear winner for me. I love a nice west coast ipa, it was clean hoppy. Crisp and just the right amount of bitterness. I really liked this beer! I'm glad I saved it for last because it was a great ending to a fantastic flight!

Great place to hang out have a beer or slushy, play darts or watch sports. This craft brewery is a bit larger than most. Has three dart boards and a few tvs. It's dog friendly so bring fido. Selection of beers was nice. Not just the IPAs which are too numerous to count these days. I enjoyed a blackberry Belgian wit which was nice as the fruit didn't overpower the brew. I also tried the Pina colada seltzer slushy. They said it was 10 % ABV but as light as it tasted I just couldn't agree that this was correct. Tasted like a mild vigin Pina colada to me, but it was enjoyable on a hot summer day. BBQ from next door is fabulous and you can order online and they will bring you the food.

Locavore Beer Works is by far one of our favorite breweries to visit. They have a wide variety of beers on tap and rotate their selections often. Locavore also has Brad's BBQ Pit on site providing some pretty awesome BBQ. They have food trucks from time to time. They are dog friendly as well. The Locavore staff is awesome, and their customer service is spot on - Matt, aka "Sal Vulcano", Karen, and the rest of the Brewtender crew, ROCK! Cheers! 🍻 If you're looking for a neighborhood brewery with good beer, fun atmosphere, delicious food, and great staff, then Locavore is the place for you.

We use to go here all the time before the pandemic and we really wanted to show our support. When we got there we were given a list of rules, one being that a waiter would come to us and to please stay at our table. We were more than happy to comply and we waited at our table, a waiter came to the table next to us that was full of six+ people at the time he took their order for what appeared to be their second round and then left without even acknowledging us then three more people joined this table and the waiter came back to the table to take their order again, he looked over at us so we assumed he would come to us after he was finished with their order. No such luck! We waited another 5 minutes and he came out with their drinks and he finished with them and then started to walk away, I then said “ so I guess we don’t get to order? “ he looked over at us and then walked away! If you are looking to support a small brewery right now, don’t waste your time with them! I’m very disappointed in the way we were treated and sad that we will no longer be giving this place our business. But I guess they must not be hurting for it or they would treat...

Dogs are wonderful on the patio, unless they're barking loudly or lunging at children while growling; I thought these were universal concepts until today.

Over the last few months, I had became a fixture at Locavore (enough to be recognized by staff); often stopping by for a dark beer when weekend temperatures allowed. Today, that came to a close.

I kindly asked the dog's owners to keep better control of their pooch, who promply chewed me out because "there were other dogs around" and "it's not his fault, he's so nice." This is after nearly an hour of disruption, during which I learned the staff had been previously notified.

Upon asking the staff to assist, they reiterated. there was little to be done, despite the aggression of both the staff and dog owner. I closed my tab and left; you'd do well to not waste money...
