This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time and I have had a lot of great experiences recently but I was blown away at Toast. My server was the sweetest and best server ever. The food was amazing. I love the cute toast art everywhere. I couldn't complain about anything. And my daughter ordered a weird latte because she has been getting on this lavender honey kick lately but she keeps ordering ice creams and things like that so of course they're going to be really sweet and she didn't really like the latte version and they were so nice to take it off and give her a different sweeter latte even though that was totally her mistake for ordering something that is typically a bit more mature flavor profile. So I thought that was really kind and generous of them. Also I ordered the Eggs Blackstone and I asked if they could do regular bacon instead of the spicy red pepper bacon and they were sweet enough to bring me a piece of the spicy bacon to try. I'm so glad I got to try it it was sweet and spicy at the same time and I think it is a delicious way to flavor the Benedict however I am very sensitive to spice and it was a little too much for me probably so that was the best of both worlds to get to try it but I wasn't overpowered by the heat in the dish by getting normal bacon. But I would recommend it as is to anyone who can handle the heat haha. I am a bit weak sauce when it comes to that. Everything was cooked perfectly my poached eggs still had a soft and runny yolk as you always hope. The hollandaise was flavored perfectly. And they have oversized delicious lattes. They also have a very generous side order menu. We got a side order of the strawberry cream cheese pancakes to share between us and it was more than we could share. I will definitely be back even though it is a little bit of a drive because Toast is amazing. Highly recommended to any fans of breakfast food. But they also have a lunch menu if you want.

Overall, we had a pretty good experience but were expecting just a little more based on the reviews. Nothing was overtly negative but a few minor tweaks would have made things really great. It's a quaint, popular breakfast spot for the area. Service, as a whole, seemed to be limited by the kitchen. Servers, runners, and busers seemed to be constantly moving but it seemed pretty standard to be waiting for at least one or two parts of any order, be it a coffee or some toast. "Check-backs" and any refills seemed to be too few and far between. Not sure why. We witnessed someone send back a Benedict for having a well-done steak and eggs that were over hard, so potentially the kitchen just gets slammed. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict and my wife ordered the Vegetable Hash. The salmon came out more or less like jerky and the delicious caper cream cheese was very much overpowered by the hollandaise. I personally felt the dish needed red onion for texture and acid. The Vegetable Hash was mostly hashbrowns and not seasoned at all. In both dishes, we both felt the hashbrowns needed a lot more time to crisp up. Pepper and salt made things notably better in both cases. I don't want to make it seem like we are judging them too harshly... the variety of options would make us want to come back for a second chance. But with us as first-timers, we just weren't "wowed" like some Littleton locals seem to be.

*Updated review w/ pictures from most recent visit on 11/4/23, scroll down** This was our first time at this location and I'm happy they moved here because there is so much more space now! I highly recommend joining the waitlist via their website because this place gets VERY busy! Definitely worth it though! The bloody mary I had is one of the best I've had in a long time, I recommend giving it a try if you like bloody mary's! I also ordered the Biscuits & Gravy with a side of the Berries & Cream French Toast, so good! He ordered the Chorizo Smothered Breakfast Burrito and the pork green chili was AMAZING! This place did not disappoint and we'll be coming back soon! Highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't already! Remember though, join the waitlist before you arrive! Review Updated for visit on 11/4/23- 5 photos added: 3 to 4 stars for our most recent visit. Don't order the Carnitas Chilaquiles, it's horrible (first 2 new pictures), here's why you shouldn't waste your money with this dish: I don't recommend the Carnitas Chilaquiles, which is the first 2 pictures. They changed their menu since last we visited and part of the description for this reads "If you've never had chilaquiles, think breakfast enchiladas" which is not correct. It should read as "breakfast nachos" because that's what it is. They should change back to actual corn enchiladas and get rid of the chips because they get soggy and gross. Hardly any meat and the enchilada sauce gets absorbed too quickly by the chips. Too much egg. Only good thing about this dish was the pickled onions. Don't waste your money on this one, there are plenty of better options.

I wish we hadn't waited so long to finally go here! For years, we've driven by and seen the lines waiting to get in and ended up not going, but figured they must be good! We are so happy we finally went in - This is hands down, our favorite breakfast place ever! We now go just about every Saturday morning. It's completely worth the wait, if you have to wait. The portions are always huge, so make sure you're hungry or want to share! The service has always been amazing - prompt and super warm and friendly. The fact we get our food, hot and fresh and get it so fast when they're so busy, says a lot about them. It's just always energetic and happy and warm as far as the vibe. And the food. The food is amazing! We have yet to try anything on the menu, that isn't awesome. The pancakes are so fluffy and tasty. The eggs are always cooked perfectly. And I always get a Chai latte because it's huge and I love my Chai! Theirs is definitely my favorite Chai latte now. I keep trying to work my way through the menu - but I just love getting the Avocado toast and splitting pancakes with hubby. It's just SO. GOOD. I just can't say enough about the place! It's yummy! Go! Take your friends! Take your family! Take me!! lol.

For the record, I will again state I am not much of a breakfast fan. And once more I am very satisfied to have found an eatery that exceeded my expectations. Toast was all things delicious, especially my choice of homemade corned beef hash. Toast's preparation called for very minimal finely shredded hash browns mixed with the meat mixture. This I loved, as you weren't overwhelmed with your side of chunky breakfast potato's (and also having potato's in the hash). Not overly salty and nicely flavored. Yes, I still asked for yellow mustard. G had a beautiful looking, with taste to match, Eggs Blackstone Benedict. Spicy red pepper crusted bacon, poached eggs, English muffin, and made from scratch hollandaise sauce. Served with potatoes. Omigosh, the bacon on this thing was wonderful and a definite nod to their from scratch hollandaise sauce. G also ordered a more than generous serving of their creme brulee latte. They open at 630a, the best time to be there. Make that effort and you won't be disappointed...even if breakfast isn't your thing.

This was my first time here. The wait was 30 minutes on a Saturday morning which told me it's popular. It was definitely worth the wait. The menu has many choices from french toast , pancakes, eggs Benedict, Southwestern, traditional, omelets, sandwiches, and a bunch of sides. There's plenty to choose from depending on what you're craving. I tried the Chilaquiles which are made with corn tortillas chips, pork, red chili, onions, and a couple of eggs. Although the chili tasted good with a little heat, the corn chips looked like they were dipped in the chili instead of cooked in it and the pork didn't have any chili, almost like everything was cooked seperately and then assembled on the plate so the flavors didn't develop fully. All my friends enjoyed what they ordered, too. We also shared a platter of French toast (banana, blueberry, pecan, and strawberry) and that was delicious. The coffee was good and they kept our cups topped off. Next time I'm going to try one of the burritos.
