I was in this establishment yesterday 4.18.2019 Thursday night after 8pm I had bought 4 rounds. Horrible customer service horrible experience horrible female bartender that night First round the male bartender helped me I had tipped him and paid cash for the round I ALWAYS tip ALWAYS. So I wait for him to make the round and bring it so he will see me tip him... second round I go to to bar the female bartender waited on me and it was a small cheap round so I pay cash again well when I pay cash I see that I didn’t have any small bills left. Got the round and put a scratch thru the tip line and I admit I didn’t tip! But I knew we Weren't leaving so I knew I’d make it right before we left. Went back to the table and asked my wife if she had any small bills she said no... went back to bar and service took a long time got another round of drinks again with the female bartender I switched to card Bc I didn’t have any small bills. Got the round paid for it on my card I don't EVER tip on my card on always cash So I put on the tip line “CASH” I walk back to the table deliver the drinks and are hanging out watching the game with my table of friends when the female bartender YELLS and WAVES/MOTIONS at me to come to the bar and says “I NEED TO ASK YOU A QUESTION” so I tell my wife one second I’ll be right back... I get to the bar and she said “I SAW YOU PUT CASH ON THE RECEIPT WE KNOW YOU ARNT TIPPING US ON ANY ROUND WHY?!!!” I told her I will make it right before we leave ..... (knowing I large bills 50$ bills and up in my wallets). SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND STORMED OFF! So she didn’t have to hear me response . She goes gets a drink for another customer and the service goes way down from that point on. She came back after getting that round and turned the game off on the tv we were watching and put on the GSW game and I yelled Yes!!! Lol she figured that didn’t bother me so bad like she wanted it to so she changed it to some tv show (I’m not a spurs or Golden state fan so it didn’t bother me either way) but it did the ppl that were with me they left she tried to kick me out that didn’t work I waited until the one member we were with finished his drink.... so yes after the asking for a tip/rolling her eyes/switching TV station twice/ I did leave with only tipping once to the male bartender ....she messed up a 50$ tip at Minimum not my problem and please don’t expect to get tips acting in that manner. I know you want a tip I understand that but someone that runs a tab doesn’t tip until they leave so......???

Please don’t act like a child with adult professional class folks. We all have been stiffed while working our way up the ladder to middle class /High class jobs. It was our first time in that establishment and our last.

PS bartender that night don’t ever judge or assume anything about your customers. When you talk to people that way we don’t like it. Keep that to your childish friends and your inappropriate...

Gave it a four only because of Monica the bartender she’s amazing. Doorman Gonzo however is a power tripping joke. A group of us came in 8 to be exact 7 females one male, we came in from the monthly truck meet. All but 3 females were mid to late 40’s including myself (49) the male my boyfriend is 51 we walk in go to the bar and Gonzo shows up out of no where (wasn’t at the door) and starts telling me I need your ID, the younger ones had theirs mine was in my truck, I told him my date of birth clearly I’m way over 21 but then he starts power tripping, Monica told him no it’s fine they’re of age and he proceeds to repeat over and over obnoxiously “I need to see ID” what a joke normally I’d be flattered however he was just being a jerk, we go in there frequently during our truck meets and I’ve never experienced a doorman abusing his pseudo authority they way he did, I’ll make sure when going there next month we send a scout in to make sure that jerk isn’t “manning” the place. I will say that I’ve always had really great experiences with all other bartenders and...

My friends and I went out this weekend for a girls night, and now that we are looking through our bank statements and receipts, the bartenders that were there CLEARLY added on their own tip, and probably over charged us just assuming we were already drunk ( well my friends were but I wasnt). I know this because one of the girls i went out with doesnt tip ( that's her business) her bank statement was just updated with a higher amount than the original. With that being said, they were also adding in a surcharge here and there whenever it was convenient for them to make their tips for the night, if the surcharge was persistent from the beginning I would understand, but we were there drinking all night then all of a sudden once we had more than enough they want to add in a surcharge. If you decide to visit this place, please take cash because these bartenders will...
