Burger King — Restaurant in Live Oak

We love this gas station, but this Burger King really brings it down with their bland, undersalted, lukewarm French fries and their inability to follow basic orders. When my husband ordered my burger he stated THREE TIMES that I wanted it in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, but otherwise the same as any other burger (tomato, pickles, etc). But due to a misbehaving 5-year-old, he didn't check the order before leaving the store, and when we got out to the truck, I opened my box to find two sad little hamburger patties and nothing else. Nada. They look so comically small all by themselves in that big ol' box!

Bottom line, or tl;dr: if you have time to go to the Wendy's or the McDonald's or - even better! - the Zaxby's just down the road, I recommend you go there instead of this Burger King. Or, at the very least, double check your order before you...

Went there today (1/27/2022) and went through drive thru was told it'd be a minute,which apparently they forgot there was 2 car lines full of people, and me after sitting there over 5min said hello can anyone take my order so the lady takes my order (a #5) then I drive around and wait in line over 10minutes finally get to the window I hand her my money she gives me change and lady hands me my drink and then had to wait another 5 minutes for them to get my burger ready, they put it in my bag and I say hold on I ordered a combo and they tell me that is a combo so I show them my bag that they handed me that only had a burger in it and they're saying yeah that's a combo like NO ITS NOT A COMBO!!! We frequently stop at the Busy Bee on our way to and from Orlando. This was our first time grabbing a bite to eat at the Burger King conveniently located inside. The service was great! We ordered and received our food promptly. I got the wrong chicken sandwich but they quickly fixed my order without any hesitation.
