Casa Mexico — Restaurant in Livermore

Every time I come from Oregon to Livermore first place I think to eat is "Casa Mexico". it sucks becuase all the negative reviews I see are usually people that are upset about something dumb, If you have ever worked in customer service you know not everyone is happy, and always finds an excuse to get their way. In time they are always requesting free food or not wanting to pay for any services. Ive worked in all types of customer service from restaurants to banks and every onces in a while you have someone with no etiquette about costumer services, and feel the need to post a negative review. Anyways to all my rant every time I go no matter how busy it is I recieve great service from managers to servers. Though I go only when I visit California they still remember who I am. This was the most un-Mexican, Mexican food I think I've ever had. The waiter brought out chips and salsa, one was "spicy" the other was not- spoiler they both just tasted like watered down tomato juice. There was no spice to either, and the chips were very thick and hard. I got the Tijuana Salad, the only flavor it had was the ground beef that was seasoned with what I would consider taco seasoning. The beans at the bottom were basically a soup and had zero flavor. My sister just ordered two cheese enchiladas, the plate was hotter than the actual enchiladas, and the cheese in the middle was not even remotely melted. She said the sauce had zero flavor. I walked into this place on a Friday night & it was nothing like posted on Google Maps. There was no seating at the bar & then when I was seated, they gave me chips & salsa & then I waited and waited for someone to come & take my order or at least come ask me if I wanted something to drink. Noone came. I don't want to make it a race thing. But maybe that's what it was. I left & went to Casa Orozco which was less than a mile away from this place & it was absolutely lit!!!!! Tino made the best Margaritas & I was treated with the best customer service & the food was amazing too!! They even had a live band playing outside. It was the best 1st time...
