I will never go here again - went here for the 1st time today and I can't believe how rude one of the staff members was from the moment we walked in. 15 people in the establishment and the cashier yelled at us to put masks on. We clearly didn't see the the note on the door but to be THAT upset and yell at us in front of so many, was unprofessional. Being it was our first time there we were so embarrassed because we weren't aware that it was still a requirement to put masks on and if not you get yelled at for not having done so. Then when ordering, my daughter didn't know what she wanted (again, first time here) and the cashier couldn't control her rudeness. Instead of being polite she had an attitude because we ordered the wrong Boba item. She treated us like were were an inconvenience vs being a customer. She also couldn't hear my daughter when she ordered so my daughter pulled her mask away from her mouth (still on and covering) and the cashier told her to put her mask on. I would have walked out she was so rude but we were there with friends and I didn't want to make a scene. I went to pay and noticed it asks for tips and they had one that said "wow" (as in wow, great service) and that was a 20% tip. That's what I gave her, a "wow" not because she deserved it but because "wow" you treat your customers so horrible and not welcomed that I just said it outloud, "wow" to make a point. Cool thing about T4 is they make their Taiwanese-style milk teas & iced teas by how much ice and sugar YOU want. First time ever experiencing this kind of option in an Asian bubble tea place! Makes total sense when you think about it and much MORE healthier too!

T4's extensive Chinese snack menu is awesome. Freshly made - not sitting under a heat lamp. They will ask you how spicy you want for certain items. Plus they also have additional condiments if you want to add more after you get your snack order.

Two of T4's most popular snack choices are the Egg Puff and Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken (order it - spicy). Both are serve made-to-order, piping hot and are very addicting to eat.

The Egg Puff is like eating a buttery eggy-tasting, hollowed out, Belgian Waffle that you tear a part with your hands. The deep fried Basil Popcorn Chicken is lightly battered with Panko, which gives it a crunchy, airy texture. The taste reminds me of eating a spicy basil flavored Tonkatsu.

Staff is friendly and willing to help make menu suggestions. Place is super clean, bright with music videos playing on the wall monitors. T4 also has a frequent loyalty customer card - Buy 9 Drinks, Get 1 Free.

So this was my 1st time going into T4 for different reasons. Anyways, I wanted to mention that I don't live close by. I'm close, but not super close. With most places out here, I'm about a 5 minute or less drive. This was about a 10+ min. drive. And tbh, I did want to try their Mango and French Fries.

In all honesty, I'm not huge fan of pepper, but their Fries are Delicious! even with the pepper on them. Also, I tried the smoothie as soon as I got home (idk why, but I've been obsessed w/mango stuff lately) and for me, it was one of those moments that was mind-blowing. I got the Mango smoothie w/no additions which is still Delicious! btw.

Idk when, but I will be back in the future. I'll prob. be back either when the road construction has finished or at least lessened, but in all honesty, I'd prob. be back sooner than that. Also, totally...
