Starbucks — Restaurant in Livermore

I went to Starbucks around 3:48 on July 19 2023, to order and someone was taking a long time so I went up to the front and this young lady wearing glasses and had a piercing on her nose with blonde hair approached us very rudely and said to wait next time which we understood then she took our order and didn’t even let us finish and closed the driveway window when she came back we told her our second order and she told us to go back I don’t know why she was being mean maybe she doesn’t care about her job but others do. Been going here for almost 10 years and the quality is steadily going downhill. I come here about twice a week to get 2 long-shots of espresso, which is just about the most simple thing you could order, and the past 3 or 4 times I've come it has taken more than 20 minutes to receive my order, and it ended up being wrong every time. The people that work there are wonderfully kind, but it's slow, understaffed, and disorganized. The Starbucks on S.Vasco was able to take care of me very fast and they got my order correct, I'll be going there or to Peet's...

Hardworking staff; God bless them giving the elderly honest work. They are always willing to make the moment right. The drinks are wonderfully and artistically well crafted.

My only complaint is the customers with a 10 inch stick up their rear ends, they really should see a doctor; rectal hemorrhage is a serious medical condition. Also can people stop ordering over 13 items at once? I never understood why people complain about a long queue when they themselves thought it was a great idea coming in during a rush period.
