Dunkin' — Restaurant in Livingston

I have been coming here ever since I started working out in the area for almost a year. It’s always a lot of people behind the cash wrap. I rarely ever have to wait. The coffee is NOTHING SPECIAL. I can make a better coffee home but for convenience Dunkin works. Idk if anyone there has ever tasted the weak coffee they made. I started going to Starbucks up the street. Even though it a lot more my net, they know my name, they are ALWAYS clean and friendly and the coffee is so fresh! I REALLY NEED TO LET YOU GUUS KNOW THIS. Last time I ordered from here, All three people who ate here with me, nearly two hours later were diagnosed with norovirus. These Dunkin’ employees do not wash their hands! They use old spoons sitting in nasty water, they talk over open cups, they have stains on their shirt. They literally take money and touch bread with the same gloves! I really hope the health inspector comes soon and check this environment. The manager stands around wiping his hands all the time cause he be touching donuts with his barehands! Where the heck is the food safety training.....

If you’re looking for a job, don’t work here. Employees here weren’t friendly and were always mean to me especially the manager. He kept treating me very badly for doing things the wrong way because I was only trained once on how to do everything. He assumed that I would just know everything very quickly in just one time but there was so much to learn here and I obviously can’t remember when there’s too much things and I tend to learn things slowly. He always blamed me on everything I do especially the times when I didn’t do something wrong and he talked to me sooo rudely. He always gave me the same attitude every time when I show up to work. Employees here need to learn how to treat each other nicer, helpfully, and friendly especially to new ones and they also need to train their new employees better not just only one time...

I bought some croissant for my lunch. I don’t know what he’s name he looks a little old guy than other employee. Anyway when I got the croissant was very hard and cold, I like mine to be soft and warm. So I Asked him to warm it up. He gave me the facial expression with OMG mouth without saying that word, and he didn’t want to do it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ the other employee who was next to him, did it for me.
